본 발명의 실시예를 첨부한 그림과 연관하여, 기술하며, 예를 제한하지는 않는다,
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 라이너의 제1실시예의 축반단면,
제2도는 상기 라이너의 변형예,
제3도는 제1도의 라이너가 들어있는 밸브몸체에 의해 움직이는 나비형 밸브의 부분단면.

Claims (15)

  1. 밀폐기관 형태의 상류/하류 시일링을 제공하기위한 시일링 라이너는 관 몸체 내부에 움직이는 밀폐부를 포함하고, 라이닝에는 다음과 같은 것을 포함한다.
    -2개의 원형, 실제적으로 동시인 시일링 요소 즉, 첫째요소로 정적시일링을 제공하고, 둘째요소로는, 첫째구조와 마주보는 측인 원형시일링 표면은 시일링 표면과 결합되려는 경향을 지녀 동적시일링을 제공한다.
    -탄력적으로 변형가능한 시일의 연결을 상기 요소와 함께 연결 시킨다.
    -떠다니는 반응링을 상기 시일링 표면과 마주보는 둘째 시일링 요소에 대하여 적용시키고, 상기 둘째 시일링 요소는 환상의 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 시일링 표면위에서 움직이도록 환상의 탄력적으로 변형가능한 베드를 체택하고, 시일링 표면에 대해서 상기 반응링을 유지시키고, 하우징은 2개의 마주보는 방사면 벽을 지녀 상기 베드와 링의 영구적인 센터링을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일링 라이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베드는 원환체 나선형 링으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 나선형 스프링은 최소한 1차 하우징에 의해 부분적으로 덮인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베드와 반응링은 1차 하우징 내에서 하우징되고 상기 환상의 하우징내에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응링은 나선으로 잠긴 금속 스트립으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 지주링은 상기 2개의 시일링 요소 사이에 떠있게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫째 시일링 요소는 가요성 금속 O-시일과 유사한 구조를 지니며, 시일링 하우징에 의해 덮어진 원환체형의 나선 스프링을 포함하며 1차 하우징 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 둘째시일링 요소의 상기 시일링 하우징과 상기 연결된 시일은 동일한 부분으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 첫째, 둘째시일링 요소의 하우징과 상기 연결된 시일은 동일한 부분을 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베드와 반응링은, 나선형으로 감겨진 금속 스트립에서 얻어진 환상의 부분과동일한 것으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기스트립의 V형 측면을 중간밴드에 가지며, 상기 환상부분은 한쪽측에 볼록축면과 다른쪽에 오목축면을 가지며 환상의 하우징부는 상기 스트립과 동일한 측면을 가진 내부 오목형을 지니는 시일링 표면을 포함하고 이것에 대해 환상부분의 볼록축면의 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 내부축면 형으로 되어 환상부분의 오목축면의 형과 일치되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 하우징은 환상부분과 동일성질의 나선으로 감긴링을 포함하며, 이것의 볼록축면은 하우징의 내부방상면의 오목형에 적용되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 구부러진 측면을 가져 한쪽 끝에 오목방사면을 지니는 환상부분을 얻어서 2개의 측 내부 리브에 적용되어 시일링 표면의 각 측상을 하우징 하도록 제공하고, 시일링 표면은 밖으로 배향된 볼록형을 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 완전히 금속으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이너.
