Claims (8)
- 베타-히드록실기로 특성화되고 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 페놀 에테르상기 식에서, R1은 페놀의 히드록실기가 제거되는 레졸형 페놀 수지의 초기 반응 생성물의 잔기이고, R2, R3, R4, R5는 각각으로 1-30 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기, 1-30 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 시클로알킬기, 또는 6-20 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 아릴기이다(R3및 R4는 함께 고리를 구성할 수도 있다).
- 레졸형 페놀 수지의 초기반응 생성물을 모노에폭시 화합물과 염기성 촉매의 존재하엥 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페놀 에테르의 제조방법.상기 식에서, R1은 페놀의 히드록실기가 제거되는 레졸형 페놀 수지의 초기 반응 생성물의 잔기이고, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 각각으로 1-30 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기, 1-30 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화시클로알킬기, 또는 6-20 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 아릴기이다(R3및 R4는 함께 고리를 구성할 수도 있다).
- 제2항에 있어서, 레졸형 페놀 수지의 초기 반응 생성물이 300이하의 평균 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2 또는 제3항에 있어서, 모노에폭시 화합물이 모노글리시딜 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염기성 촉매가 아민 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페놀에테르 및 필름 형성 수지로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 코팅 조성물.상기 식에서, R1은 페놀의 히드록실기가 제거되는 레졸형 페놀 수지의 초기 반응 생성물의 잔기이고, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 각각으로 1-30 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화알킬기, 1-30 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 시클로알킬기, 또는 6-20 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 아릴기이다(R3및 R4는 함께 고리를 구성할 수도 있다).
