제1도는 본 발명의 열센서의 일실시예를 도시한 모식도.
제2도 및 제3도는 각각 본 발명의 열센서의 제조방법을 예시한 설명도.

Claims (5)

  1. 열센서 기체상에 적어도 1쌍의 막형상 전극이 형성되고, 이 적어도 한쪽의 막형상 전극의 표면이, 전해법에 의해 형성되는 귀금속 흑막으로 피복되어서 이루어진 열센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열센서 기체가 초전체인 열센서.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 귀금속 흑막이 금흑, 백금흑, 팔라듐흑 또는 이리듐흑인 열센서.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열센서 기체상에 적어도 1쌍의 막형상 전극이 형성되고, 이 적어도 한쪽의 막형상 전극의 표면이, 볼록부의 피치가 2~40㎛, 오목부의 깊이가 3~12㎛의 요철을 가진 귀금속 흑막으로 피복되어서 이루어진 열센서.
  5. 열센서 기체상에 1쌍의 막형상 전극을 형성한 소자를 전해액속에 침지하고, 그 막형상 전극의 한쪽에 전해전압을 인가해서 귀금속 흑막을 전해피착시키므로서 이루어지고, 전해중에, 전해 피착을 의도하지 않는 다른쪽의 막형상 전극에 전해 전압과 반대의 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열센서의 제조방법.
