Claims (5)
- 열센서 기체상에 적어도 1쌍의 막형상 전극이 형성되고, 이 적어도 한쪽의 막형상 전극의 표면이, 전해법에 의해 형성되는 귀금속 흑막으로 피복되어서 이루어진 열센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열센서 기체가 초전체인 열센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 귀금속 흑막이 금흑, 백금흑, 팔라듐흑 또는 이리듐흑인 열센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열센서 기체상에 적어도 1쌍의 막형상 전극이 형성되고, 이 적어도 한쪽의 막형상 전극의 표면이, 볼록부의 피치가 2~40㎛, 오목부의 깊이가 3~12㎛의 요철을 가진 귀금속 흑막으로 피복되어서 이루어진 열센서.
- 열센서 기체상에 1쌍의 막형상 전극을 형성한 소자를 전해액속에 침지하고, 그 막형상 전극의 한쪽에 전해전압을 인가해서 귀금속 흑막을 전해피착시키므로서 이루어지고, 전해중에, 전해 피착을 의도하지 않는 다른쪽의 막형상 전극에 전해 전압과 반대의 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열센서의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
