제1도는 본 발명을 실시하는데 유용한 경사형 모세관 방사구금(tapered capillary spinneret)을 나타내는 도면이다.
제2도는 일직선형 방사구금(straight-walled spinneret)을 사용하는 강력과 2,6-나프탈아미드 몰 분율과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
제3도는 일직선형 방사구금을 사용하는 강인성과 2,6-나프탈아미드 몰 분율과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
제4도는 경사형 방사구금을 사용하는 강력과 2,6-나프탈아미드 몰 분율과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 필수적으로, 2,6-나프탈아미드의 몰 분율이 0.005 내지 0.10인 코풀리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드/2,6-나프탈아미드)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드의 사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 6dpt(데니어/필라멘트)의 개개 필라멘트로 이루어지며, 데니어가 20 내지 2000인 사.
  3. 필수적으로, 2,6-나프탈아미드의 몰 분율이 0.005 내지 0.10인 코풀리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드/2,6-나프탈아미드)로 이루어지며, 강인성이 0.417gpd 보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드의 사.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 강력이 25.7gp보다 큰 사.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 강인성이 0.451gpd 보다크고, 강력이 26.7gpd 보다 큰 사.
  6. 필수적으로, 2,6-나프탈아미드의 몰 분율이 0.01 내지 0.10인 코풀리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드/2,6-나프탈아미드)로 이루어지며, 강인성과 강력이 단독중합체 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)를 사용하여 동일한 과정으로 제조한 동일한 치수의 사의 강인성과 강력보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드의 사.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 6dpt의 개개 필라멘트로 이루어지며, 데니어가 20 내지 2000인 사.
