Claims (2)
- 고구마 착즙액 속에 함유된 고구마 β-아밀라제를 정제 및 결정화하는 방법에 있어서, 고구마 착즙액을 60℃에서 10분간 열처리한 후 상온에서 50% 유기용매로 1차 분획하는 단계와, pH를 3.6으로 조절하여 원심분리하는 단계와, PH 5.0으로 조절하고 47% 유기용매로 2차 분획하는 단계와, 43% 유기용매로 3차 분획하는 단계와, -40% 유기용매로 4차 분획하는 단계와, 증류수에서 냉각 결정화 하는 단계 등을 최소한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고구마 β-아밀라제 정제 및 결정화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 유기용매가 아세톤으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고구마 β-아밀라제 정제 및 결정화 방법.
