Claims (2)
- 폴리에스터와 나이론 등 2종 이상의 폴리머가 섬유단면내에 다수의 세그멘트로 분할, 방사상으로 배열된 다층 접합형 중공복합섬유의 방사 구금장치에 있어서, 다수의 분배공(3)을 환상으로 배열하고, 이들 분배공(3)의 하단유출부와 방사구금의 합류공 (5) 중심부 사이에 좁은 스리트(6)를 방사상으로 천공하여 폴리머(A)을 분배시키고, 상기스리트(6) 사이에 또 다른 스리트(8)를 합류공(5) 중심부 사이에 방사상으로 천공하여 타종의 폴리머(B)를 분배시켜 각기 다른 폴리머(A)(B)가 교호로 분리, 분배되게 함을 특징으로 하는 중공복합섬유 방사 구금장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합류공(5)의 직경(D2)과 분배공(3)열의 직경(D1)의 크기를 0.2=D2/D1=0.8의 범위로 함을 특징으로 하는 중공복합 섬유 방사구금 장치.
