Claims (8)

  1. 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴 및 메틸메타크릴레이트의 인터폴리머가 그라프트된, 스티렌과 부타디엔과의 고무상 랜덤(random) 공중합체를 함유하며, 이때 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴 및 메틸메타크릴레이트의 비율은 그라프트 인터폴리머의 굴절율이 폴리비닐 클로라이드 수지의 굴절율과 거의 대등하게 되도록 하는 비율이고, 스티렌과 부타디엔의 비율은 공중합체의 굴절율이 폴리비닐 클로라이드 수지의 굴절율과 거의 대응하게 되도록 하는 비율인 폴리비닐클로라이드 수지용 내충격성 강화제에 있어서,
    (a) 그라프트된 내충격성 강화제의 입자크기는 0.1 내지 0.15㎛이고,
    (b) 그라프트된 내충격성 강화제의 고무에 대한 그라프트의 비율은 0.12미만이며,
    (c) 그라프트된 내충격성 강화제의 겔함량은 90 내지 95%이고,
    (d) 그라프트 인터폴리머는 그중 적어도 75%가 5,000 내지 1,000,000분자량 단위의 분자량을 가지며 25% 미만은 5,000 분자량 단위 미만의 분자량을 갖도록 두가지 형태의 분자량 분포를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 강화제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 크기가 0.11 내지 0.13㎛인 내충격성 강화제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고무에 대한 그라프트의 비율이 0.01 내지 0.08인 내충격성 강화제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 고무에 대한 그라프트이 비율이 0.03 내지 0.08인 내충격성 강화제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 겔 함량이 90 내지 93%인 내충격성 강화제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 그라프트 상의 적어도 90%가 5,000 내지 1,000,000 분자량 단위의 분자량을 갖고, 10% 미만은 5,000 분자량 단위 미만의 분자량을 갖는 내충격성 강화제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 그라프트 인터폴리머의 분자량 분포가 제1도의 분포와 거의 일치하는 내충격성 강화제.
  8. (a) 제1항에서 정의한 공중합체를 제조하고 ;
    (b) 단계 (a)의 생성물을 용융된 폴리비닐 클로라이드와 혼합하여 잘 섞인 혼합물을 형성시키며 ;
    (c) 단계 (b)의 생성물을 압출시켜 성형품을 형성시키고 ; (d) 성형품을 냉각 및 수거하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 투명도가 높고 내충격성이 큰 성형품의 제조방법.
