Claims (12)
- 표면적이 100㎡/g 이상인 티타늄 또는 바나듐 트리클로라이드 또는 트리브로마이드에 지지된 4가의 티타늄 할로겐화 화합물과, 표준 조건하에서 AlEt3로 추출하여 70몰% 이상이 되는 전자 공여체 화합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 성분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 티타늄 클로라이드인 촉매성분.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 전자공여체 화합물 EDA를 말레산, 피발산, 메타크릴산, 카르본산 및 프탈산의 알킬, 아릴 및 시클로알킬 에스테르로 부터 선택되는 촉매성분.
- 제3항에 있어서, 4가의 티타늄 할로겐화 화합물의 TiCl4인 촉매 성분.
- 하기 성분간의 반응 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.(a) Al-알킬 화합물 (b) 표준 조건하에서 MgCl2에는 활성이나, Al-알킬과는 착화합물을 형성하지 않는 전자 공여체 화합물 EDB (c)표면적이 100㎡/g 이상인 티타늄 도는 바나듐 트리클로라이드 또는 트리브로마이드에 지지된 4가의 티타늄 할로겐화 화합물과 표준 조건하에서 AlEt3로 추출하여 70몰% 이상이 되는 전자 공여체 화합물로 구성된 촉매성분.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 AlEt3,Al(i-Bu)3-Al(i-C3H7)3와 같은 Al-트리알킬, AlEt2H, 또는 (C2H5)2Al-O-Al(C2H5)2(C2H5)2-Al-Al(C2H5)2,(C2H5)2Al--Al(C2H5)2와 같은 산소나 질소원자 또는 SO4나 SO3기에 서로 결합된 2 이상의 Al원자를 함유하는 화합물인 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 하기 일반식의 화합물인 촉매.RmSiYnXp식중, R은 탄소수 1~20의 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴, 아릴-알킬 또는 시클로알킬이고; Y는 -OR′, -OCOR′, -NR′2(R′는 R과 동일한 의미이고, R과 R′은 동일 또는 상이하다)이고; X는 할로겐 또는 수소원자이거나 -OCOR″ 또는 -NR″2기(R″는 R′과 동일한 의미이고, R″는 R′와 동일 또는 상이하다.) 이고 :m은 0 내지 3의 정수이고, n은 1 내지 4의 정수이고, p는 0 내지 1 의 정수이고, m+n+p는 4이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분(b)를 페닐-트리에톡시-또는 페닐-트리메톡시-실란, 디페닐-디메톡시-또는 디페닐-디에톡시-실란, 모노 클로로페닐-디에톡시-실란과 같은 페닐-알콕시-실란류; 에틸-트리에톡시-실란, 에틸-트리이소프로폭시-실란과 같은 알킬-알콕시-실란류로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분(b)를 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘, 2,2,5,5-테트라메틸피롤리딘, 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸페페리딘-Al-디이틸, 디(m-메틸-페닐)-아민 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-테트라히드로-γ-피론, Al-디클로로-모노페녹시로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 촉매.
- 하기 성분간의 반응 생성물로 구성되는 촉매의 존재하에서 식 CH2=CHR(R은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 아릴이다.)의 올레핀 및 이들을 레핀간의 혼합물 및/또는 에틸렌과의 혼합물을 중합시키는 방법.(a) Al-알킬 화합물 (b)표준 조건하에서 MgCl2에는 활성이나, Al-알킬과는 착화합물을 형성하지 않는 전자 공여체 화합물 EDB (c) 표면적이 100㎡/g 이상인 티타늄 또는 바나듐 트리클로라이드 또는 트리클로마이드에 지지된 4가의 티타늄 할로겐화 화합물과, 표준 조건하에서 AlEt3로 추출하여 70몰%이상이 되는 전자 공여체 화합물로 구성된 촉매성분.
- 제10항에 있어서, 프로필렌을 특허청구의 범위 제5 내지 9항에서 정의된 촉매의 존재하에서 중합시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 프로필렌을 액상에서 중합시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
