Claims (7)
- 적어도 하나의 인쇄판이 고착된 판 실린더와, 그 판 실린더와 동일한속도로 회전하도록 판 실린더를 가압하여 피인쇄물을 판 실린더와의 사이에 형성된 틈새를 통해 통과시키게 해주는 가압 실린더와, 상기 판실린더의 표면과 접촉되게 위치된 잉크 공급로울러로 구성된 평판 또는 음각판 인쇄기에 있어서, 상기 인쇄판의 둘레 방향크기가 상기 판 실린더의 둘레의 1/2미만이며 그럼으로써 상기 잉크로울러들중 피인쇄물이 상기 판 실린더와 접촉하는 지점에 가장 근접하게 위치된 잉크로울러가 상기 인쇄판의 크기 보다 긴거리를 두고 상기 접촉지점으로 부터 이격되어 있으며, 상기 가압실린더가 상기 판 실린더에 대해 왕복 운동 하므로써 피인쇄물이 상기 인쇄판과 접촉을 유지하게 되는 기간뿐만 아니라 상기 잉크공급로울러중 적어도 하나가 상기 인쇄판과 접촉하게 되는 기간을 설정하기 위한 변환수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각판 또는 평판 인쇄기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판실린더의 둘레상속도가 상기 판실린더의 각각의 회전중에 상기 기간에 따라 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 판 또는 평판 인쇄기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 잉크공급 로울러가 인쇄판과 접촉하게 되는 기간중의 상기 판 실린더의 둘레상속도가 피인쇄물이 상기 인쇄판과 접촉하게 되는 기간중보다 더 빠른 것을 특징으로 하는 음각판 또는 평판 인쇄기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 인쇄판은 잉크로울러들중 적어도 하나가 인쇄판과 접촉하게 되는 기간의 종료시에 회전 방향에서 볼때의 그의 선단이 상기 판 실린더와 가압실린더간의 접촉 지점으로 부터 상기 판실린더의 속도를 잉크로울러들이 인쇄판과 접촉하는 기간중의 속도로 변화시키는데 필요한 일시적인 기간에 상응하는 거리만큼 후방으로 이격되게 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 음각판 또는 평판 인쇄기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 둘레방향크기가 작은 다른 인쇄판을 상기판 실린더의 표면에 부착시키므로써 다른 큰 인쇄판을 사용할 필요가 없게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각판 또는 평판 인쇄기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 작은판은 상기 판 실린더의 한 반원상에 부착되고, 큰판은 상기 판실린더의 다른 반원상에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각판 또는 평판 인쇄기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 가압실린더가 큰 판쪽으로 이동하는 기간은 각도상으로 볼때 작은 판쪽으로 이동하는 기간으로 부터 180°의 위상차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각판 또는 평판 인쇄기.
