Claims (10)

  1. 식물활성 N-포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물과 표면활성제(다만, 표면활성제는 주위 온도하에서 고체임)의 밀접 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실질적으로 비험습적인 고체 식물 활성조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물은 다음의 구조식을 가지는 상기 조성물.
    식중, M은 수소 및 농학적으로 용인된 염 형성분에서 독립적으로 선택된다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물은 N-포스포노메틸글리신인 상기 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물은 트리메틸설포늄-N-포스포노메틸글리신인 상기 조성물.
  5. 제1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 표면활성제는 산화에틸렌 또는 산화프로필렌블록공중합체인 상기 조성물.
  6. 제1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 표면활성제는 다음의 작용기를 가진 알킬산화물의 블록공중합체인 상기 조성물.
    식중, R 및 R'은 수소,또는에서 각각 선택되며, 식중 R"은 약 8- 약 30개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬기 또는 알킬아릴기에서 선택되며, 식중 알킬아릴기의 알킬분은 약 8-약 30개 탄소원자의 범위 및 그 혼합물이며, 식중 m은 약 20-약 200이며, n은 약 0-약 10이며, m+n은 약 25와 같거나 그 이상이다.
  7. (a) 식물활성 N포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물, 용매 및 용융 표면활성제(다만, 표면활성제는 주위 온도하에서 고체임)로 이루어지는 초기 혼합물을 형성하며, (b) 표면활성제의 용해점 이상의 온도에서 상기 초기혼합물에서 용매를 제거하여 최종 혼합물을 형성하며, (c) 표면활성제의 용해점 이하의 온도까지 상기 최종 혼합물을 냉각시켜 주위 온도하에서 고체인 N-포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸 조성물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 식물활성조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, N-포스포닐메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물은 다음 구조식을 가지는 상기 제조방법.
    식중, M은 수소 및 능학적으로 용인된 염 형성분에서 독립적으로 선택된다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물은 N-포스포노메틸글리신인 상기 제조 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸-N-카르복시메틸화합물은 이소프로필아민-N-포스포노메틸 글리신인 상기 제조방법.
