Claims (4)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 이미다졸 또는 N-아실이미다졸과 반응시키고, 다음에 임의로는 생성된 화합물의 에스테르 잔기를 가수분해하거나 : 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물로 부터 아미노그룹을 제거하고, 다음에 임의로는 생성된 화합물의 에스테르 잔기를 가수분해하거나 : 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 축매적으로 환원하고, 다음에 임의로는 생성된 화합물의 에스테르 잔기를 가수분해함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 생리학적으로 허용가능한 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, Z는 메틸렌그룹 또는 에틸렌 그룹이고, R1과 R2중의 어느 하나는 -(CH2)m-COOR3이고, 다른 하나는또는(여기서, R3는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬그룹이고, n은 1내지 6의 정수이며, m은 0 내지 5의 정수이다)이고, R11과 R21중의 어느 하나는 -(CH2)m-COOR4이고 다른 하나는-(CH2)-X (여기서 X는 할로겐원자, 알킬설포닐옥시그룹 또는 아릴설포닐옥시 그룹이고, R4는 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬그룹이다)이고, R12와 R22중의 어느 하나는 -(CH2)m-COOR4이고 다른 하나는이고, R13은 - (CH2)n 이고, R23은 -(CH2)m-COOR4이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1과 R2중의 어느 하나가 - (CH2)n 이고 다른 하나가 -(CH2)m-COOR3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1과 R2중의 어느 하나가 - (CH2)n 이고, 다른 하나가 -(CH2)m-COOR3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 -(CH2)n 이고 R2가 -(CH2)m-COOR3인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
