Claims (8)
- 2',4'-디플루오로-4-히드록시-(1,1'-디페닐)-3-카르복실산을 알킬클로로카르보네이트와 반응시켜서 대응하는 혼합 무수물로 전환시키고, 이어서 이 혼합무수물을 N-아세틸 시스테인과 반응시켜서 O-알킬카르보네이트 티오에스테르로 전환시킨 다음에 수소화시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 N-아세틸 시스테인 및 S-카르복시메틸 시스테인의 2',4'-디플루오로-4-히드록시-(1,1'-디페닐)-3-카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.위의 일반식(Ⅰ)에서, R은 H-CDCH3-COOC2H5-COOCH2-CCl3이고, R'는 -S-임.
- 제1항에서, 알킬클로로카르보이트가 2,2,2-트리클로로에틸-클로로카르보네이트 또는 에틸클로로카르보네이트이고, 혼합 무수물 제조 반응을 산 수용체 존재하에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에서, 산 수용체가 트리에틸아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 혼합 무수물 제조 반응을 산수용체 존재하에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에서, 산수용체가 트리에틸아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 2',4'-디플루오로-4-아세톡시-(1,1'-디페닐)-3-카르복실산을 디시클로헥실카르보디이미드 존재하에 S-카르복시메틸시스테인인 디메틸에스테르와 함께 응축시키고, 이 생성물을 알칼리성 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 N-[2',4'-디플루오로-4-히드록시-(1,1'-디페닐)-카르보닐-S-카르복시-메틸시스테인의 제조방법.위의 일반식(Ⅰ)에서, R은 H-COCH3-COOC2H5-COOCH2-CCl3이고, R'는 -NH-임.
- 2',4'-디플루오로-4-아세톡시-(1,1'-디페닐)-3-카르복실산을 대응하는 산염화물로 전환시키고 이어서 이 산염화물을 N-아세틸-L-시스테인과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 S-[2',4'-디플루오로-4-아세톡시-(1,1'-디페닐)-카르보닐]-N-아세틸-L-시스테인의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
