제4도는 본 발명의 두 번째 실시예에 의한 스프링의 단면도이다.

Claims (9)
- 한쌍의 대향 단부지역(12,13)사이로 연장되어서 상기 단부지역에 제1방향으로 걸리는 압축력을 탄성중합 몸체로 지지하는 탄성중합 재료로 된 몸체(11)로 구성되고, 상기 탄성 중합재료 몸체는 상기 제1방향으로 연장하는 스프링이 주축(19)을 중심으로 한 단면을 생각할 때 대체로 대칭이며, 상기 단부지역의 제1부분 근처(12)에서는 속이 차 있고 상기 단부부분이 제2부분 근처(13)에서는 중공(中空)으로 된 스프링(10)에 있어서, 탄성중합 재료로 된 상기 몸체(11)는 제1단부 부분(12)에서 부터 시작하는 몸체 길이의 제1부분(14)에서는 그 외부 단면 칫수가 점점 증가하고 상기 제2단부지역(13)에서 끝나는 몸체 길이의제2부분(15)에서는 그 외부단면 칫수가 점차 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합 몸체를 가진 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점차 직경이 증가하는 상기 제1부분(14)은 스프링의 제1방향에서 생각할 때 두 대향 단부지역(12,13) 사이의 몸체 길이의 최소한 50%를 점하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 직경이 점차 증가하는 상기 제1부분(14)은 몸체(11)의 60% 내지 80%를 점하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서 탄성중합 재료로 된 몸체(11)는 대체로 대향 단부지역(12,13) 사이의 길이의 최소한 10% 그리고 더욱 바람직하게는 최소한 40%를 점하는 중공부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제4항에 있어서, 몸체(11)는 대체로 몸체 길이의 10% 내지 80%, 더욱 바람직하게는 50% 내지 70%의 중공부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 최소한 스프링의 한 단부부분은 압축될 때 탄성중합 몸체(11)의 외부표면(17,18)과 접촉되게 배치되는 금속판(12,13) 같은 강성부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 중공부분은 최소한 부분적으로 주위압력과 통하는 공동(16)을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 몸체의 외관은 상기 주축을 포함하고 있는 평면에서 생각할 때 상기 제1, 제2부분(14,15) 모두가 곡선을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 탄성중합 몸체(11)는 각각 상기 단부지역을 구성하는 두 강성부재(12,13)에 결합되어 있고, 제1단부지역에서 결합영역의 최대 외부치수는 제2단부 지역에서의 결합 영역보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
