Claims (6)
- 분말상 또는 과립상의 탄소에 지지된 Co,Ni,Ru,Rh,Pd 및 Pt 중의 적어도 하나를 0.1 내지 10중량%가지는 수소화 촉매를 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아민량을 기준하여 촉매금속 5 내지 5,000ppm의 농도로 반응 영역중에 공급하며, 80 내지 250℃의 온도 및 적어도 2kg/㎠(게이지)의 수소압력에서 카르보닐 화합물을 반응 영역에 연속적으로 공급시키면서 반응을 수행하는 것으로 하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아민을 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카르보닐 화합물로 알킬화시켜 3급 아민을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 8 내지 24의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 또는 알켄 일길를 나타내며, R2및 R3는 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 8 내지 24의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 또는 알켄일기를 나타내고, m이 0일때, R2및 R3중의 적어도 하나가 수소원자를 나타낸다는 조건으로, m은 0 또는 1내지 5의 정수이고, n은 2 또는 3이며, R4및 R5는 각각 수소원자, 총 탄소수 1 내지 24의 포화 또는 불포화, 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 환상 지방족 탄화수소기, 총 탄소수 24 이하의 방향족기-치환된 지방족 탄화수소기, 또는 총 탄소수 24이하의 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타내거나, 또는 R4및 R5는 함께 결합되어 지방족 탄화수소환을 형성할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소압력이 5내지 50㎏/㎠(게이지)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 100 내지 250℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 100 내지 250℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보닐 화합물을, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아민의 활성 수소몰당 1내지 1.5몰의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 카르보닐 화합물을 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아민의 활성 수소몰당 1내지 1.05몰의 양으로 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
