Claims (3)

  1. 외주면에 발수성(撥水性)을 가지는 오일브리이드성의 절연배드를 장착한 절연체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 절연밴드가 신축성를 지니는 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 절연밴드가 중공고무띠로 구성되고 이 중공고무띠의 중공구멍내에 조임밴드를 끼워서 외주면에 장착한 절연체.
