Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(2)의 화합물을 가수분해하거나, 일반식(3)의 화합물을 환원시키고 그와 동시에 또는 그 후에 가수분해하고, 임의로는, 일반식(1)화합물의 생성 후에, 처음 생성된 염으로부터 일반식(1)의 유리산을 유리시키거나, 일반식(1)의 염을 다른 염으로 전환시키거나, 일반식(1)화합물을 산 또는 염기로 처리하여 염을 생성하는 전환단계중 하나 이상을 수행함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(1)의 화합물 또는 그의 생리학적으로 무독한 염 또는 용매화물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서
    W는 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 C1-7알킬렌이며 ;
    X는 시스 또는 트랜스 -CH=CH- 또는 -CH2CH2-이고;
    Y는 5내지 8원이며 (a) 임의로는 환중에 -O-, -S-, -SO2-, 또는 -NR3(여기서 R3은 수소원자, C1-7알킬 또는 C1-4알킬부분을 갖는 아르알킬이다)를 함유하고; 및/또는 (b) 하나이상의 C1-4알킬그룹으로 임의 치환된, 포화헤테로사이클릭 아미노그룹(질소원자에 의해 사이클로펜탄환에 연결된다)이며 ;
    R2는 (i) (a) 페닐 [C1-6알킬, C5-7사이클로알킬, C1-3알킬 부위를 갖는 페닐알킬, 페닐(C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시 또는 페닐로 임의 치환됨)로 임의 치환됨], (b) 티에닐 [C1-6알킬, C1-6알콕시, C5-7사이클로알킬 또는 페닐(C1-3알킬, C1-3알콕시 또는 할로겐으로 임의 치환됨)로 임의 치환됨], 또는 (c) 나프틸(C1-4알킬 또는 C1-4알콕시로 임의 치환됨)로 치환된 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 C1-5알킬, 또는 (ii) 신나밀이고 ;
    Z는 (a) -CO2R1, [여기서 R1은 (1) -CR4R5R6[R4및 R5는 각각 페닐(C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 디-(C1-4) 킬알킬아미노, 니트로 또는 할로겐으로 임의치환됨)이며 R6는 수소원자 또는 R4및 R5에 관해 상기 정의된 치환되거나 치비환 상태인 페닐그룹임]
    (2) -SiR7R8R9(R7, R8및 R9는 아릴 또는 C1-6킬알임)
    (3) -CH2CCl3
    (4) -CH2CH=CH2
    (5) -CH(R10)BCH2R11(B· -O- 또는 -S-이며, R10및 R11은 -H 또는 C1-4킬알이거나 R10및 R11은 함께 -(CH2)2-또는-(CH2)3-이다.
    (b) -CONR2 12(R12는 H 또는 C1-4킬알임)
    (c) -CN, 또는
    (d) -C(OCH2)3CR13(R13은 C1-4킬알임)이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서 Z가 (a)(1)형태인 그룹인 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서 R1이 트리페닐메틸인 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서 R1이 테트라하이드로피란-2-일인 방법.
  5. 제 2 또는 3항에 있어서 NaOH, KOH, 염산, 트리플루오로아세트산 또는 아세트산에 해의 가수분해를 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서 생성된 일반식(1)화합물을 염 형태로 분리하는 방법.
  7. 제 2 또는 3항에 있어서 염산에 의해 가수분해를 수행하고 일반식(1)화합물을 그의 하이드로클로라이드 염으로 분리하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서 W가 -CH2CH2-이고 X가 시스-CH=CH-이며, Y는 모르폴리노 또는 피페리디노이고, R2는 그의 페닐그룹이 페닐, 톨릴 또는 메톡시페닐로 치환된 벤질인 방법.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서 생성된 화합물이 [1R-[1α(Z),2β,3β,5α]] -(+)-7-[5-[[(1,1'-비페닐)-4-일]메톡시]-3-하이드록시-2-(1-피페리디닐)사이클로펜틸]-4-헵페노산하이드로클로라이드인 방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어, 9항의 화합물이 트리페닐메틸에스테르를 염화수소 또는 염산으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
