Claims (4)
- 원통형상 통본체의 주벽 일부에 형성된 통공내에 배설되고, 통본체내의 연소실을 향해서 그 선단을 개구시킨 연소용 공기의 송풍관과, 이 송풍관의 내부에 배설되고, 송풍관의 선단개구로부터 연소실올 향해서 액체연료를 분무하는 분무노즐과, 이 분무노즐에서 분무되는 액체연료입자 및 상기 송풍관에서 분출되는 연소용 공기의 혼합공기에 점화해서 이것을 연소시키기 위한 점화용 전극과, 상기 송풍관의 선단개구에서 분무방향 앞쪽에서 이 송풍관과 축심을 일치시키도록 하여 연결 배치되고, 적어도 앞반부분이 원추면형상으로 확경되어 있는 혼합관과, 이 혼합관의 내부에서 상기 분무노즐의 분무방향에 대하여 바로 대향하도록 입설 고정된, 다공 혹은 망목형상의 보염판을 구비하고, 상기송풍관과 혼합관과의 연결부에는 원통형상의 연소실내벽에 연해서 순환하는 연소가스를 혼합관의 후단개구에 유입할 수 있는 크기의 공극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한 액체연료의 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송풍관의 선단개구는, 중앙부에 1개의 연료분출 구멍이 천설되고, 주연부에는 이 연료분출구멍을 둘러싸도록 해서 6개이상의 공기분출 구멍이 비스듬히 천설되어 있는 선회공기류 분출판으로 덮여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체연료의 연소장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기보염판은, 혼합관의 앞반부분의 내부에 그 대부분을 감삽시켜서 같은 축에 고정된 원추면형상 보염통의 내부에서, 상기 분출노즐의 분출방향에 대하여 바로 대향하도록 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체연료의 연소장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보염통의 외주면과 혼합관의 내주면과의 사이의 공간에는 펀칭금속판을 가공해서 제작한 부보염통이 동축적으로 고정 설치되어 있고, 이 부보염통의 후단개구는, 혼합관의 후단개구 보다 전방이고 또한 보염판 보다 후방에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 한 액체연료의 연소장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
