Claims (5)
- 상부 단면의 내경이 하부단면의 내경(d)보다 더 크고 수직으로 위치한 용기로 구성된 유동상(床)의 석탄기화장치에 있어서, 원추형 천공 분배판(20)이 상기 분리단면(16)의 바닥에 위치하고, 상기판(20)의 각이 수평과 7°-15°를 이루고, 상기 하부 분리단면에서 유동화 속도를 약 1.2Umf(최소유동화속도)를 유지할 수 있도록 상기 천공 분배판(20)을 통해 유동화 가스를 상향으로 주입하기 위한 수단(34)이 제공되고, 다수의 고체주입튜브(12)가 상기 분배판(20)으로부터 수직상향으로 연장되고(ℓ), ℓ/d비가 약 2.5이하이며, 그리고 상기 분배판(20)상부로부터 고체를 제거하기 위한 수단(30)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 기화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배판(20)은 소결된 다공성 스텐레스강으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 기화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배판(20)이 소결된 다공성 놋쇠로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄기화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 주입 튜브(12)가 상기 분배판(20)으로부터 상항으로 연장되어 상기 분리단면(16)내에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 기화장치.
- 탄화물질 및 회분과 연소가능한 기체가 형성되는 청구범위 1-4항 중 어느 하나에 따른 기화장치를 작동하는 방법에 있어서, 탄소질 입자가 상기 하부단면의 상단 아래에서 상기 용기로 상향 주입되며, 연소 제트가 상기 하부단면위의 상기 상부단면까지 상향으로 연장하기 위해 기화 및 연소 지지 가스는 상기 하부단면으로 주입되며 상기 하부단면에서의 유동화 속도를 약 1.2Umf로 유지할 수 있는 속도로 유동화 가스가 상기 하부단면으로 주입되며; 상기 하부단면으로부터 회분이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 기화장치의 작동방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
