제4도는 본 발명에 따라 에어포일의 필라멘트 권취에 이용형태에 일반적으로 부합되는 방향전환부의 평면도.
제6도는 본 발명의 본 발명의 방법에 따른 필라멘트 권취형태의 단부들 사이에 이용된 방향전환부의 평면도.
Claims (6)
- 형틀을 지나는 권취축을 따라 필라멘트 물질과 형틀을 왕복 이동시키면서 1쌍의 떨어져 있는 방향전환부들 사이의 형틀 주위에 필라멘트 물질의 다수의 층들을 권취하고, 인접층들의 단부 권회부들이, 상기 권취측을 따라 제1방향으로 필라멘트 물질과 형틀이 상호 이동되는 동안 형틀 주위 필라멘트 물질을 권취하고, 계속하여 필라멘트 물질과 형틀의 이동방향을 바꾸어 방향전환부의 외측면을 가로질러 필라멘트 물질을 권취함에 의해 형성되는 비원형이고 긴 단면의 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방향전환부가 형틀의 단면형태와 대개 일치하는 형태로 되어 있고, 상기 방향전환부와 형틀사이의 형태의 그러한 일치에 의해, 형틀의 외주의 대부분을 따라 방향전환부의 연부들과 형틀 사이의 필라멘트 물질 가교부가 최소로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 권취제품 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비원형의 긴 단면이 에어포일 형태르 포함하는 상기 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에어포일 형태가 전연부와 후연부를 가지며, 방향전환부 및 형틀의 전연부 및 후연부들이 대개 일치하여 있는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트 물질이 다수의 나란히 배치된 필라멘트들로 이루어진 연속적인 밴드로 상기 형틀 주위에 권취되고, 상기 방향전환부가 밴드폭의½과 대략 동일한 거리로 상기 형틀로부터 외측으로 연장하여 있는 상기 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방향전환부와 형틀 단면이 전연부 및 후연부를 갖는 에어포일 형태로 되어 있고, 방향전환부의 후연부가 밴드폭과 대략 동일한 곡률반경을 가지는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형틀이 권취축과 대개 일치하는 종축을 가진 축상에 장착되고, 그 축이 방향전환부의 외측면으로부터 외측으로 돌출하여, 필라멘트 물질의 느슨함이, 필라멘트 물질이 방향전환부의 외측면을 가로질러 권취될때 상기 축 주위에 권취됨에 물질의 조정되도록 한 상기 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
