종래에도 수도미터의 역회전 및 공회전 방지장치로서 기체의 물도입구 측에 통수구와 통기공을 천설한 밸브실을 형성하고, 그 상부에는 중앙에 원공을 가진 격벽을 설치하여 기체 내측상부와 통기공으로 연통된 중공실을 형성하며, 밸브실내에는 상면에 통기관이 입설된 플로우트를 삽설하여서 된 것(실용신안공보 241호 공고번호 71-1072호)이 있으며, 또 기체의 저면판을 착탈식으로 형성하고 통공을 가진 통기관을 상면에 입설하고 측주벽 중간부에는 개구부를 형성하며, 신축성 재료로된 2개의 환상부유 튜우브를 일체로 취부한 환상 후로트밸브를 내갑체 외부에 승강자재케 설치하며, 기체의 상측내부에 환상요입구를 요설하여 신축성 재질의 공기 튜우브를 감설하여서 된것(실용신안공보 제245호 공번 71-1376호)이 있으나, 이들은 본원 출원인의 소유로 단갑식 수도미터의 구조적 특성에는 알맞지 않음이 실시결과 알수 있었으므로 본 고안은 특히 단갑식 수도미터의 구조에 설치하기 적합하고 작동기능이 예민하게 구성한 것인바 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Conventionally, as a countermeasure device for reverse rotation and idling of the water meter, a valve chamber formed with a water outlet and a ventilation hole is formed on the water inlet side of the gas, and a partition wall having a hole in the center is installed on the upper portion thereof to communicate with the upper portion of the gas and the ventilation hole.
