Claims (1)
- 본문에 상술하고 예시된 도면에 표시한 바와 같이 기설 콘크리트 구조물을 보강 보수함에 있어서 제1공정으로서 건조시킨 모래를 분사각이 30-40도이며 5kg/㎠ 정도의 압력으로 샌드 브라스팅하며 제2공정으로서 시멘트 밀크로 구콘크리트 구조물의 배면공극을 그라우트 처리하고 방수성 초급결 수경성 시멘트로써 누수 및 용수부분을 처리하며 기존 콘크리트면의 부식, 곰보, 탈락부위 등을 제거한 후 보수수경성 시멘트로 충진 보강하며 통기성을 저해하지 않는 방수 시멘트로 전면을 도포하고 용수처리에 있어서는 맹암거와 임시배수관을 설치하므로써 방수 처리하며 제3공정으로 선, 구콘크리트 사이에 앵커를 설치하되 구콘크리트 주위는 레진그라우트 처리하고 레진계의 그라우트 재료를 사용하여 앵커보울트를 그라우트 하며 제4공정으로서 기설 구조물의 표면에 아크릴릭폴리머 또는 종합레진계의 접착제를 도포하며 제5공정으로서 1쇼트 10cm 이상의 건나이팅 시공을 하고 적어도 7일간 양생하는 상기 5개 공정을 순차적으로 함을 특징으로 하는 기설 콘크리트 구조물의 보강보수공법.
