본 고안은 기재인 나일론 솜에 연마제와 결합제를 분포시켜 제조된 수세미의 원단의 양면 또는 일측면에 압도로 열 압착시켜 요철부가 형성된 수세미에 관한 것으로 종래에 일반가정이나 식당등에서 사용되던 수세미로는 그 표면 부분에 연마제를접착시킨 것과 스펀치(sponge)재로 된 것이 있으나 이와같은 종래의 수세미는 사용수명이 길지 못하였고 또한 기재의 밀도를 성글게 하여 수세미 내부에까지 연마분 입자를 침투시킨 것이 있으나 이는 기재의 조직밀도가 조밀치 못하여 사용시 물에 침지시키면 부피가 적어지는 폐단이 있어 이의 단점을 개량하여 고안된 것으로는 조직밀도가 조밀한 나일론 솜의 기재내부에까지 연마분의 각 입자를 균일하게 침투 접착시켜서 된 것이 있으나 이와같은 제조방법으로 제작된 수세미는 그 제조방법에서 조직밀도가 조밀한 일정 두께의 나일론 솜 내부에 연마제의 각 입자를 균일하게 침투 접착시키기 위하여 기재 외부에서 일시에 각제 침투시키면 섬유의 조직밀도가 조밀하기 때문에 외피 부분에서 연마제 각 입자가 섬유조직에 걸려서 내부에까지 효과적으로 침투되지 못하　 관계로 연마제의 각 입자가 충분히 침투할 수 있는 정도로 나이론솜의 기재를 얇은 판상으로 하여 이를 일정둘레의 콤베어 벨트에 중첩 권상하면서 연마제와 결합제를 균일하게 살포하여 접합시켰기 때문에 연마제를 기재 내부에 균일하게 분포시키는데는 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있으나 얇은 판상의 나일론 솜이 결합제로만 접합되었기 때문에 서로 접합되는 접착력이 약하여 쉽게 마손되는 결점이 있었으므로 본 고안은 종래의 이와 같은 결점을 시정하여 연마제와 접착제가 살포되어 일정 두께로 접착된 기재 원단을 적당한 습도로 건조시키고 적당한 온도로 가열시키며 콤베어 벨트로 이송시켜 로울러에서 압도로 가압하여 가열 접착시켜서 된 수세미에 관한 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a scrubber with irregularities formed by heat compression on both sides or one side of a fabric of a scrubber prepared by dispersing an abrasive and a binder on a nylon cotton as a base material, and a scrubber conventionally used in homes or restaurants Although there are some adhesives adhered to the surface and a sponge material, such conventional scrubbers have not been used for a long time, and some of them have penetrated the abrasive particles to the inside of the scrubbers by densifying the density of the substrates.
