Description

흡수속건성을 갖는 복합 부직포 및 이를 포함하는 물품{Nonwoven fabric composite having quick moisture-absorption and fast drying properties and article including the same}Nonwoven fabric composite having quick moisture-absorption and fast drying properties and article including the same}

A composite nonwoven fabric having absorbent quick-drying properties and an article containing the same are disclosed. More specifically, a composite nonwoven fabric having absorbent quick-drying properties, which facilitates sweat discharge and has excellent drying properties compared to existing spunbond nonwoven fabrics, and an article containing the same are disclosed.

Spunbond nonwoven fabric for sanitary materials used in diapers or sanitary napkins is mainly applied to back sheets or waist bands.

The parts of the human body that come into contact with the backsheet or waistband must be non-toxic because they are the areas where the skin touches these backsheets or waistbands directly or the backsheets or waistbands are touched by hands. In particular, when the backsheet or waistband comes in contact with the skin, sweat can easily occur on the skin, so breathable products are preferred to speed up the evaporation of sweat.

Polyolefin-based nonwoven fabrics are widely used for sanitary materials because they are non-toxic, and because they ensure breathability, they are even more widely used for sanitary materials. However, most conventional polyolefin-based nonwoven fabrics are hydrophobic and breathable, but do not have the ability to easily discharge sweat to the outside of the nonwoven fabric. Therefore, when used in the summer or for long periods of time, sweat easily accumulates in the nonwoven fabric, causing rashes or sores on the skin. .

(2) Transpiration rate: When composite nonwoven fabric is wetted with a specified amount of liquid using ISO 17617 method B using a specified method, the total amount of liquid evaporated after 60 minutes under specified temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions is calculated as the ratio of the composite nonwoven fabric. Measurement was made by measuring the weight change. At this time, the transpiration rate of the composite nonwoven fabric prepared in Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was measured by bringing the nonwoven fabric layer (B) into contact with the liquid, and the composite nonwoven fabric prepared in Comparative Example 5 was measured by contacting the nonwoven fabric layer (A) The transpiration rate was measured by bringing it into contact with this liquid.

Referring to Table 2, the composite nonwoven fabrics prepared in Examples 1 to 5 had a shorter drying time and a higher transpiration rate than the composite nonwoven fabrics prepared in Comparative Examples 1 to 5.
