Abstract
Description
도 2는 1,250℃에서 용체화 처리를 수행한 합금들의 미세조직들을 나타내는 사진들이다.
도 3은 1,300℃에서 용체화 처리를 수행한 합금들의 미세조직들을 나타내는 사진들이다.
도 4는 용체화 처리를 수행한 합금들의 γ' 석출물의 평균 크기를 비교한 그래프이다. 1,250℃, 1,120℃, 1,300℃ 순으로 γ' 석출물 평균 크기가 작다.
도 5는 용체화 처리를 수행한 합금들의 γ' 석출물의 분율을 비교한 그래프이다. 1,120℃, 1,250℃, 1,300℃ 순으로 γ' 석출물 분율이 크다.
도 6은 용체화 처리를 수행한 합금들의 코발트 및 몰리브덴의 함량에 따른 기지조직(matrix) 중의 코발트 및 몰리브덴 함량의 변화를 비교한 그래프들이다.
도 7은 용체화 처리를 수행한 합금들의 비커스 경도를 비교한 그래프이다. 1,250℃ 에서 가장 높은 경도값을 나타내었다.
Claims (6)
- 크롬(Cr) : 10 내지 22중량%, 코발트(Co) : 3 내지 6.0중량%, 티타늄(Ti) : 2 내지 5중량%, 알루미늄(Al) : 2 내지 5중량%, 텅스텐(W) : 1 내지 5중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 1 내지 5중량%, 탄탈륨(Ta) : 1 내지 5중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.1 내지 3중량%, 탄소(C) : 0.1 내지 0.3중량%, 지르코늄(Zr) : 0.01 내지 0.2중량%, 붕소(B): 0.001 내지 0.05중량% 및 나머지 니켈(Ni)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초내열합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,100 내지 1,300℃의 용체화 처리 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초내열합금.
- (a) 크롬(Cr) : 10 내지 22중량%, 코발트(Co) : 3 내지 6.0중량%, 티타늄(Ti) : 2 내지 5중량%, 알루미늄(Al) : 2 내지 5중량%, 텅스텐(W) : 1 내지 5중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 1 내지 5 중량%, 탄탈륨(Ta) : 1 내지 5중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.1 내지 3중량%, 탄소(C) : 0.1 내지 0.3중량%, 지르코늄(Zr) : 0.01 내지 0.2중량%, 붕소(B): 0.001 내지 0.05중량% 및 나머지 니켈(Ni)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 원료들을 혼합 및 용해시키는 용융 공정 단계;
(b) 상기 용융 공정 단계에서 수득되는 용해된 원료를 고화시키는 응고 공정 단계;
(c) 상기 응고 공정 단계에서 수득되는 고화된 합금을 열처리하는 용체화 처리 공정 단계; 및
(d) 상기 용체화 처리 공정 단계에서 수득되는 열처리된 합금을 실온까지 냉각시키는 냉각 공정 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초내열합금의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용체화 처리 공정 단계가 1,100 내지 1,300℃의 범위 이내의 온도에서 3 내지 5시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초내열합금의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 공정 단계에서의 냉각이 공냉에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초내열합금의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 응고 공정 단계에서의 고화가 용해된 원료를 주조에 의해 주조품으로 성형한 후, 냉각에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 초내열합금의 제조 방법.
