금속 기판(100×100(mm))에 조성물이 코팅된 시편 표면에 오염물질로서 닭 기름 1g을 골고루 얇게 브러쉬(Brush)로 바른 다음, 오염물이 도포된 시편을 항온기 속에 넣고, 250~290℃의 온도범위에서 1시간 동안 오염물을 고착화시켰다. 오염물의 고착화 이후, 시편을 자연 냉각하고 350℃에서 1시간 동안 오염물을 태웠다. 이후 상온수를 적신 후라이팬 전용 수세미로 3kgf 이하의 힘으로 경화된 오염물을 닦았다. 지름 5cm의 바닥이 평탄한 봉을 사용하여 오염된 시편 표면에서 닦아지는 부분을 균일화 하였다.Apply 1 g of chicken oil as a contaminant evenly and thinly with a brush to the surface of the specimen coated with the composition on a metal substrate (100 Contaminants were fixed for 1 hour in the temperature range. 상기 아로니아식초에 침지된 방풍 100중량부에 대하여 정제수 500중량부를 가하고 120℃에서 1시간 동안 가열하여 방풍추출액을 수득하는 단계;
상기 방풍추출액 100중량부에 블랙베리발효액 5중량부를 가하고 25℃에서 60일 동안 발효시킨 후 여과하여 방풍발효액을 수득하는 단계; 및
상기 방풍발효액을 120℃로 가열한 후, 증기를 환류 냉각하여 방풍발효증류액을 수득하는 단계;

정제수 100중량부에 아로니아 30중량부를 가하고 105℃에서 60분 동안 가열한 후에 여과하여 아로니아추출액을 수득하는 단계;

상기 알코올발효액 100중량부에 초산균 5중량부를 가하고 30℃에서 10일 동안 초산 발효시켜 초산발효액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 초산발효액을 10℃에서 30일 동안 숙성시키는 단계;
