Abstract

The present invention has the following configuration. 건조기는 PCB를 처리하는 과정 중에 PCB 상의 습기, 물기, resist 등을 열에 의해 건조 또는 경화시켜주는 장비로 그 종류도 여러가지 type이 있는데 대표적인 것으로는 3가지가 있다.The dryer is a device that dries or hardens moisture, moisture, resist, etc. on the PCB by heat during the process of processing the PCB.

Wicket Dryer의 사양에서 일반적으로 Wicket 각도는 칸막이 Wicket들이 이루는 각도가 35°를 이루도록 설계되는 경우가 있다.In the specifications of the wicket dryer, the wicket angle is sometimes designed so that the angle formed by the partition wickets is 35°.

내부 heater가 pin 형태의 heater이고, 단열재는 내부열의 외부로의 열 손실을 최소화시키기 위한 단열재로 rock wool(광물 섬유)을 선택한다.The internal heater is a pin-type heater, and rock wool (mineral fiber) is selected as the insulating material to minimize the heat loss of the internal heat to the outside.
