Claims (15)
- 방법으로서,
레이더 데이터에 기초하여 그리고 사용자 장비에 의해, 관여 의도(intent to engage)를 결정하는 단계 -상기 관여 의도는 사용자가 사용자 장비에 관여(engage)할 의도가 있음을 나타냄-;
관여 의도의 결정에 응답하여, 인증 시스템의 전력 소비 컴포넌트의 전력 상태를 제1 전력 상태에서 제2 전력 상태로 변경하는 단계 -제2 전력 상태는 제1 전력 상태보다 더 큰 전력을 소비함-; 그리고
인증 시스템에 의해 그리고 제2 전력 상태 또는 제3의 고전력 상태에서 전력 소비 컴포넌트를 사용하여, 인증 프로세스를 수행하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 인증 프로세스는 사용자를 인증하는 데 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관여 의도는 사용자가 사용자 장비를 향해 도달하고, 사용자 장비를 바라보고, 및/또는 사용자 장비를 향해 기울고 있음을 나타내는 레이더 데이터에 기초하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방법은,
사용자 장비와 일체화된 관성 측정 유닛을 통해 수신된 움직임 데이터에 기초하여, 사용자 장비의 움직임을 결정하는 단계; 그리고
사용자 장비의 움직임의 결정에 응답하여, 디스플레이의 시각적 표현을 변경하고 및/또는 디스플레이의 터치 입력 수신 능력을 변경하는 데 효과적인 디스플레이의 전력 상태를 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인증 프로세스는 사용자 인증 없이 제1 기간 또는 미리 설정된 반복 횟수 동안 수행되고, 상기 방법은, 사용자 장비와 통합된 관성 측정 유닛을 통해 수신된 움직임 데이터에 기초하여 사용자 장비의 움직임을 결정하는 것에 응답하여 각각 제1 기간 또는 미리 설정된 반복 횟수 후에 상기 인증 프로세스를 계속하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인증 시스템은 얼굴 인증 센서를 포함하고, 상기 인증 시스템의 전력 소비 컴포넌트는 상기 얼굴 인증 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 얼굴 인증 센서는 카메라 및 적어도 하나의 적외선 또는 근적외선 이미터, 프로젝터 또는 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인증 프로세스를 수행하는 단계는 주변광이 낮거나 없는 상태에서, 카메라에 의해 감지된 반사 신호를 사용하여 사용자의 얼굴 특징을 결정하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 반사 신호는 적외선 또는 근적외선 플러드(flood) 이미터에 의해 제공되는 적외선 또는 근적외선 신호의 적외선 또는 근적외선 반사를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인증 프로세스를 수행하는 단계는, 상기 카메라에서 감지된 반사 신호를 이용하여 사용자의 얼굴 특징의 깊이 맵을 결정하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 반사 신호는 적외선 또는 근적외선 프로젝터에 의해 제공되는 적외선 또는 근적외선 신호의 적외선 또는 근적외선 반사를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 얼굴 인증 센서는 레이더 데이터가 수신되는 레이더 시스템을 포함하고, 상기 인증 시스템의 전력 소비 컴포넌트는 상기 레이더 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인증 시스템은 터치 스크린 데이터 입력 컴포넌트를 포함하고, 상기 인증 시스템의 전력 소비 컴포넌트는 터치 스크린 데이터 입력 컴포넌트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 상기 레이더 데이터에 기초한 상기 관여 의도의 결정에 응답하여, 사용자 장비의 디스플레이의 전력을 제1 전력 상태에서 제2 전력 상태로 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 제2 전력 상태는 제1 전력 상태보다 더 큰 전력을 소비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 인증 시스템의 전력 소비 컴포넌트의 제2 전력 상태는 인증 시스템이 사용자에 대한 인증 프로세스를 수행할 수 있게 하기에 불충분하며, 상기 방법은,
관성 데이터에 기초하여 그리고 사용자 장비에 의해, 사용자 장비가 사용자에 의해 이동되었거나 이동되고 있다는 결정에 응답하여, 상기 인증 시스템의 전력 소비 컴포넌트의 전력 상태를 상기 제2 전력에서 제3 전력 상태로 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 제3 전력 상태는 상기 인증 시스템이 인증 프로세스를 수행할 수 있도록 하기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인증 시스템의 전력 소비 컴포넌트의 제2 전력 상태는 전력 소비 컴포넌트에 대한 워밍업 시퀀스를 포함하고, 상기 워밍업 시퀀스는 전력 소비 컴포넌트가 인증 프로세스를 수행하기에 충분하지 않은 전력이 공급되는 기간을 포함하며,
상기 제3 전력 상태는 상기 인증 시스템이 사용자에 대한 인증 프로세스를 수행할 수 있도록 전력 소비 컴포넌트에 충분히 전력이 공급되는 사후 워밍업(post-warm-up) 시퀀스를 포함하며, 상기 인증 프로세스는 제3의 고전력 상태에서 전력 소비 컴포넌트를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인증 시스템에 의해 수행되는 인증 프로세스는 전력 소비 컴포넌트로부터 수신된 센서 데이터에 기초하여 얼굴 특징을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 얼굴 특징을 사용자 장비에 로컬로 저장된 얼굴 특징 라이브러리와 비교하며, 상기 얼굴 특징 라이브러리는 상기 인증 시스템을 사용하여 사용자 장비에 의해 얼굴 특징 초기화 동안 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 장치로서,
레이더 필드를 제공하도록 구성된 레이더 시스템;
인증 시스템; 그리고
제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 수행하도록 구성되고, 상기 레이더 시스템 및 상기 인증 시스템과 결합된, 프로세서 및 메모리 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
