Claims (17)
- (A) 폴리프로필렌, 및
(B) 하기 (1) 내지 (4)의 요건을 만족하는 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재:
(1) 용융지수(Melt Index, MI, 190℃ 2.16 kg 하중 조건)가 0.1 g/10분 내지 10.0 g/10분이고,
(2) 밀도(d)가 0.855 g/cc 내지 0.880 g/cc이고,
(3) 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)로 측정하여 얻어지는 DSC 곡선에서 얻어지는 용융온도(Tm)가 30℃ 내지 60℃이고,
(4) 시차 주사 열량계 정밀 측정법(SSA) 측정시 20≤T(90)-T(50)≤27이고, 4.5≤T(95)-T(90)≤7.0이며,
여기서 T(50), T(90) 및 T(95)는 각각 상기 시차 주사 열량계 정밀 측정법(SSA) 측정 결과에서 온도-열용량 곡선을 분획화하였을 때 각각 50%, 90%, 및 95%가 용융되는 온도이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 폴리프로필렌은 230℃ 및 2.16 kg 하중에서 측정된 용융지수가 0.5 g/10min 내지 100 g/10min인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 폴리프로필렌은 230℃ 및 2.16 kg 하중에서 측정된 용융지수가 0.5 g/10min 내지 100 g/10min인 임펙트 코폴리머인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 상기 올레핀계 중합체는 추가로 (5) 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 10,000 g/mol 내지 500,000 g/mol인 요건을 만족하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 추가로 (6) 분자량 분포(MWD, molecular weight density)가 0.1 내지 6.0인 요건을 만족하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 추가로 (7) 용융유동률비(MFRR)가 3 내지 7인 요건을 만족하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 시차 주사 열량계 정밀 측정법(SSA) 측정시 추가로 25≤T(95)-T(50)≤40을 만족하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 시차 주사 열량계 정밀 측정법(SSA) 측정시 23≤T(90)-T(50)≤27이고, 5≤T(95)-T(90)≤7인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 에틸렌과, 탄소수 3 내지 12의 알파-올레핀 공단량체와의 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 알파-올레핀 공단량체는 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-헵텐, 1-옥텐, 1-데센, 1-운데센, 1-도데센, 1-테트라데센, 1-헥사데센, 1-아이토센, 노보넨, 노보나디엔, 에틸리덴노보덴, 페닐노보덴, 비닐노보덴, 디사이클로펜타디엔, 1,4-부타디엔, 1,5-펜타디엔, 1,6-헥사디엔, 스티렌, 알파-메틸스티렌, 디비닐벤젠 및 3-클로로메틸스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 에틸렌과, 1-부텐의 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 하기 화학식 1의 전이금속 화합물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에서, 수소 기체를 투입하며 올레핀계 단량체를 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 것인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1 내지 R13은 각각 독립적으로 수소; 할로겐; 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬; 탄소수 3 내지 20의 사이클로알킬; 탄소수 2 내지 20의 알케닐; 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시; 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴; 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아릴알콕시; 탄소수 7 내지 20의 알킬아릴; 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아릴알킬; 실릴; 또는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬 및 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알콕시로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환기를 갖는 실릴이고, 상기 R1 내지 R12 중 서로 인접하는 2개 이상은 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성할 수 있고,
X 및 X'은 각각 독립적으로 O, S 또는 연결기이고,
A는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌이고,
Y는 C 또는 Si이고,
M은 4족 전이금속이고,
Q는 수소; 할로겐; 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬; 탄소수 3 내지 20의 사이클로알킬; 탄소수 2 내지 20의 알케닐; 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴; 탄소수 7 내지 20의 알킬아릴; 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아릴알킬; 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬아미노; 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴아미노이다.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 수소 기체의 투입량은 10 내지 60 sccm인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체는 상기 올레핀 중합용 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에 수소 기체를 투입하여 연속 교반식 반응기(Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor)를 이용한 연속 용액 중합 반응에 의해 제조된, 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 복합재는 상기 (B) 올레핀계 중합체를 5 중량% 내지 70 중량% 포함하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 복합재는 무기충전제를 추가로 포함하는 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 복합재는 (A) 폴리프로필렌 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 중량부 내지 40 중량부의 함량으로 상기 무기충전제를 포함하고,
상기 무기충진제는 평균 입경(D50)이 1 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛인 폴리프로필렌계 복합재.
