Claims (11)
- 실린더블록의 냉각수가 유통되는 제1포트와 실린더헤드의 냉각수가 유통되는 제2포트를 포함한 복수의 유통포트를 가지는 하우징;
하우징 내부에서 회전 가능하게 마련되어 회전 각도에 따라 복수의 유통포트 중 일부 유통포트에 냉각수가 선택적으로 순환되도록 하는 메인밸브; 및
하우징의 제2포트에 설치되고 메인밸브의 회전 각도에 따라 제2포트의 개도량을 조절함으로써 제2포트에 유통되는 냉각수의 유통량을 조절하는 서브밸브;를 포함하며,
제2포트는 하우징 내부와 상시 개통되는 제1개통구간과, 제1개통구간에서 서브밸브로 연장되어 서브밸브에 의해 개도량이 조절되는 제2개통구간으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
메인밸브는 중공을 가지며 단부가 개구되게 형성되고, 둘레면에는 회전각도에 따라 제1포트를 포함한 복수의 유통포트와 연통되도록 개통된 유량조절홀이 형성되며, 개구된 단부가 제2포트와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
서브밸브는 메인밸브의 단부에 결합되어 메인밸브와 함께 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
서브밸브는 메인밸브의 단부와 동일한 형태를 이루도록 형성되고, 폐쇄단면을 가지며, 폐쇄단면에는 제2포트와 메인밸브의 중공이 연통되도록 하는 관통홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
관통홀은 서브밸브의 축중심에서 폐쇄단면의 둘레를 따라 연장되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
관통홀은 연장방향을 따라 폭이 점차 커지거나 점차 작아지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
관통홀에는 폭방향으로 가로지르는 리브부가 복수개 형성되고, 복수의 리브부는 연장방향을 따라 이격되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
관통홀은 복수의 리브부에 의해 복수의 관통공간으로 구획되고, 관통공간은 서로 다른 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
제2포트는 제1개통구간에서 제2개통구간으로 갈수록 면적이 가변되는 형태를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
제2포트는 제1개통구간에서 제2개통구간으로 갈수록 면적이 점차 커지도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
하우징에 설치되어 회전력을 제공하고, 메인밸브에 연결되는 회전축이 구비되어 회전력 제공시 메인밸브를 회전시키는 액추에이터;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브 장치.
