Claims (7)
- 조류가 흐르는 바다의 수면위에 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 안착시키는 방식으로 전기를 생산하는 부유식 조류발전모듈과, 그 상부에 기후변화의 극한상황과 도시과밀화에 대응하는 해양도시를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 조류발전모듈은, 중앙에 수로를 형성하도록 쌍동선 형태의 발전홈이 형성된 베이스 구조물과, 상기 베이스 구조물의 수로에 안착되는 방식으로 상기 발전홈에 설치되고, 강제로 수면에서 일부 또는 전부 잠기도록 하여 탄성에너지와 진자운동을 활성화시키는 것으로, 부력부재의 수차 구조물에 중력부재의 중심축과 진자운동수단이 베어링으로 결합된 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 포함하여 구성되고;
상기 베이스 구조물 발전홈에는 상기 탄성에너지 진자운동수차에서 회전에너지를 전달 받아 전기를 생산하도록 발전기가 구비되어 있으며;
상기 해양도시는, 상기 조류발전모듈이 복수의 대단위로 배치되고 그 상부에 공항, 항만, 산업, 공장, 농장, 양식장, 관광, 호텔, 병원, 학교, 아파트, 공원 등 사회기반시설이 형성되고, 각각의 동선에 따라 층간 또는 평면 에스컬레이터로 이동할 수 있도록 IT접목된 이동수단과 부분적으로 형성된 유리돔을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 이용한 융복합 조류발전모듈 및 해양도시. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조류발전모듈을 고정하도록 형성된 것으로, 조수간만의 수위변화에 따라 능동적으로 승하강하도록 형성된 고정파일과 실린더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 이용한 융복합 조류발전모듈 및 해양도시. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조류발전모듈은 조수간만의 차로 발생되는 간헐성에 대응하도록 하는 수전해 방식의 수소생산시설 및 저장시설을 구비한 수소연료발전소를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 이용한 융복합 조류발전모듈 및 해양도시. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조류발전모듈은 바다에 부유되도록 형성된 것으로 부력구조물에 높은 압력을 이용한 역삼투 원리의 무동력 해수담수화설비를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 이용한 융복합 조류발전모듈 및 해양도시. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조류발전모듈은 전기를 생산하는 부유식 방파제로 형성될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 이용한 융복합 조류발전모듈 및 해양도시. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 해양도시는 복합적 기능이 집약되도록 형성되되, 공장전용, 농장전용, 공항전용, 항만전용과 같이 특정한 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상의 독립적 기능을 수행하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 이용한 융복합 조류발전모듈 및 해양도시, - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성에너지 진자운동수차는 중력과 부력을 이용한 탄성에너지와 진자운동으로 회전에너지를 극대화시키는 방식으로 발전효율을 향상시켜 효과적으로 전기를 생산하는데 있어서,
내부에 베어링이 형성되고 양측이 개방된 중공의 실린더가 중심부를 관통하도록 형성되며, 상기 실린더 양단부에 구동기어가 형성되고, 외주연에 수차날개가 형성된 중공의 원통형 부력부재의 수차구조물:
상기 수차구조물의 실린더에 결합되어 상기 수차구조물을 회전하도록 하는 회전 지지기반으로 형성되되, 상기 부력부재의 수차구조물을 강제로 수면에서 일부 또는 전부 잠기도록 하여 탄성에너지가 활성화 되도록 하는 일정한 무게로 형성된 중력부재의 중심축;
상기 중심축의 양측에 결합되어 상기 수차구조물이 진자운동을 하도록 일정한 길이로 형성되되, 상기 수차구조물 구동기어의 회전에너지를 발전기로 전달하도록 하는 제1동력전달수단이 구비된 진자운동수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성에너지 진자운동수차를 이용한 융복합 조류발전모듈 및 해양도시.
