Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 브레이크 회로 (10) 를 갖는 브레이크-바이-와이어 브레이크 시스템으로서,
상기 브레이크-바이-와이어 브레이크 시스템은,
상기 브레이크 회로 (10) 가 상시 개방된 차단 밸브 (13) 를 통해 유압식으로 연결되는 페달-작동형 마스터 브레이크 실린더 (1),
상기 브레이크 회로 (10) 가 상시 폐쇄된 브레이크 밸브 (12) 를 통해 연결되는 전동식으로 작동가능한 브레이크 압력 트랜스듀서 (4), 및
상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더 (1) 및 흡인 밸브 (19) 를 통해 상기 브레이크 압력 트랜스듀서 (4) 쌍방에 연결된 리저버 (2) 를 갖고,
상기 리저버 (2) 와 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더 (1) 사이의 연결부에, 상기 리저버 (2) 의 방향에서 블록킹하는 체크 밸브 (20) 및 상기 체크 밸브에 대해 평행하게 연결된 제한기 (21) 로 구성되는 진단 밸브 (3) 가 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크-바이-와이어 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 진단 밸브 (3) 는 상기 리저버 (2) 의 커넥터를 수용하기 위해, 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더 (1) 의 벽에 위치되는 연결 보어에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크-바이-와이어 브레이크 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 체크 밸브 (20) 는 관통-연장되는 채널을 갖는 중공 본체 (40) 로서 형성되는 밸브 폐쇄 본체 (38) 를 갖고,
상기 채널의 가장 협소한 횡단면은 상기 제한기 (21) 를 형성하고 스로틀링 효과를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크-바이-와이어 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 따른 브레이크 시스템의 기능성을 체킹하기 위한 진단 방법으로서,
상기 진단을 위해, 상기 브레이크 밸브 (12) 는 개방되고, 상기 차단 밸브 (13) 는 폐쇄되고 상기 브레이크 압력 트랜스듀서 (4) 는 초기 압력을 빌드업하도록 작동되어서, 압력 매체는 상기 브레이크 밸브 (12), 상기 브레이크 회로 (10), 상기 차단 밸브 (13) 및 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더 (1) 를 거쳐 상기 리저버 (2) 내로 스로틀링 방식으로 상기 진단 밸브 (3) 를 통해 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템의 기능성을 체킹하기 위한 진단 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
초기 압력의 압력 하강의 구배가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템의 기능성을 체킹하기 위한 진단 방법. - 진단 밸브 (3) 로서,
체크 밸브 (20) 및 제한기 (21) 로 구성되고, 상기 진단 밸브는 밀봉 착좌부 (37) 및 상기 밀봉 착좌부 (37) 에 대해 밀봉식으로 위치될 수 있는 밸브 폐쇄 본체 (38) 를 갖는 밸브 통로 (36) 를 구비한 밸브 하우징 (34) 으로 구성되고,
상기 밸브 폐쇄 본체 (38) 는 협소한 제한기 횡단면 (39) 을 구비한 관통-연장되는 채널을 갖고 상기 채널은 상기 밸브 통로 내로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단 밸브 (3). - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 폐쇄 본체 (38) 는 돔-형상의 헤드에서 종료되는 원통형 본체이고,
상기 제한기 횡단면은 돔의 천정에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단 밸브 (3). - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 폐쇄 본체 (38) 를 유지하고 안내하기 위한 홀딩 본체는 상기 밀봉 착좌부 (37) 를 갖는 상기 밸브 통로 (36) 측의 전방에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단 밸브 (3). - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 홀딩 본체는 슬리브의 벽들에 대해 위치되고 상기 밸브 폐쇄 본체가 안내되는 원통형 돌출부를 갖는 회전 대칭적인 중공 본체 (40) 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단 밸브 (3). - 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 하우징 (34) 은 수용 보어 내에 삽입되는 카트리지 (33) 에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단 밸브 (3).
