Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 다음 특징을 포함하는 내화 제품:
1.1 제품은 다음 산화물이 다음 비율로 존재하는 화학적 조성을 가짐:
1.1.1 MgO: 최소 92 질량%;
1.1.2 Al2O3: 1.5 내지 7 질량%;
1.1.3 Fe2O3: 3 질량% 미만;
1.1.4 CaO + SiO2: 1 내지 3 질량%;
1.2. 제품은 다음 특징을 갖는 코팅된 입자를 포함함:
1.2.1 코팅된 입자는 최소 2 mm의 입자 크기를 가짐;
1.2.2 코팅된 입자는 마그네시아로 구성되고, 이의 표면은 적어도 부분적으로 마그네시아 스피넬의 코팅을 가짐. - 제1항에 있어서, 92 내지 96 질량% 범위의 MgO 함량을 갖는 화학적 조성을 갖는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 2 내지 3.5 질량% 범위의 Al2O3 함량을 갖는 화학적 조성을 갖는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 1 질량% 미만의 Fe2O3 함량을 갖는 화학적 조성을 갖는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 40 GPa 미만의 동적 탄성 계수를 갖는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 1,700℃ 초과의 하중연화점 온도 T0.5를 갖는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 마그네시아 스피넬의 코팅은 10 내지 500 μm 범위의 두께를 갖는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 코팅된 입자는 3 내지 5 mm 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 코팅된 입자를 5 내지 24 질량% 범위의 비율로 포함하는 제품.
- 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 있어서, 코팅된 입자를 5 내지 24 질량% 범위의 비율로 포함하고 마그네시아를 76 내지 95 질량% 범위의 비율로 추가로 포함하는 제품.
- 성형된 소성 내화 세라믹 제품 형태의 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 따른 제품.
- 다음 성분을 포함하는, 전술한 청구항 중 적어도 하나에 따른 제품을 제조하기 위한 배치:
12.1 마그네시아 입자로 구성된 제1 원료 성분;
12.2 다음 특징을 포함하는, 코팅된 입자로 구성된 제2 원료 성분:
12.2.1 코팅된 입자는 최소 2 mm의 입자 크기를 가짐;
12.2.2 코팅된 입자는 마그네시아로 구성되고, 이의 표면은 적어도 부분적으로 알루미나의 코팅을 가짐. - 제12항에 있어서, 코팅된 입자는 3 내지 5 mm 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 배치.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는, 제11항에 따른 제품의 제조 방법:
14.1 제12항 또는 제13항 중 적어도 하나에 따른 배치를 제공하는 단계;
14.2 배치를 성형된 비소성 내화 제품으로 성형하는 단계;
14.3 성형된 비소성 내화 제품을 성형된 소성 내화 세라믹 제품으로 소성하는 단계. - 시멘트 로터리 킬른의 라이닝을 위한 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제품의 용도.
