Claims (13)
- 수지를 사출하기 위한 스크류(screw)를 포함한 사출장치와, 상기 사출장치를 상기 스크류의 축 방향(axial direction)으로 진퇴(進退)시키는 구동방향 변환부와, 상기 구동방향 변환부의 회전축과 동축 상에 연결되어서 상기 구동방향 변환부를 구동하는 제1 모터를, 구비하고,
상기 제1 모터는,
상기 구동방향 변환부와 연결되어 있는 측과는 반대 측에 있어서, 상기 회전축과 동축 상에 연결되고, 상기 제1 모터와 연동해서 상기 구동방향 변환부를 구동하는 제2 모터를 연결하기 위한 모터 연결부를 갖는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터 연결부는, 상기 제2 모터를 연결한 뒤에 상기 제2 모터를 다시 분리 가능한 구조를 갖는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터의 상기 구동방향 변환부와의 연결부를 갖는 면(面)을 고정하는 제1 고정플레이트를 가지며,
상기 제1 모터의 상기 모터 연결부를 갖는 측에 상기 제2 모터를 고정하기 위한 제2 고정플레이트를 갖는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 고정플레이트와 상기 제2 고정플레이트를 가교하는 빔(beam) 부재를 갖는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터를 구동시키는 서보 앰프를 포함한 제어장치를 더 갖고,
상기 제어장치는,
상기 제1 모터와 상기 제2 모터를 연동해서 구동시키기 위한 제2 모터 구동 용 커넥터를 갖는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터의 회전 수 또는 상기 제2 모터의 회전 수를 검출하는 인코더(encoder)를 더 갖고,
상기 제어장치는, 상기 인코더로부터 수취한 신호를 이용해서 상기 제1 모터와 상기 제2 모터를 제어하는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 수지를 사출하기 위한 스크류를 포함한 사출장치와, 상기 사출장치를 상기 스크류의 축 방향으로 진퇴시키는 구동방향 변환부와, 상기 구동방향 변환부를 구동하기 위한 구동장치를, 구비하는 전동 사출 성형기이며,
상기 구동장치는, 복수의 모터를 가지며,
상기 복수의 모터가 각각 갖는 로터는, 상기 구동방향 변환부의 회전축과 동축 상에 연결되고, 연동해서 상기 구동방향 변환부를 구동하는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 모터를 고정하기 위한 복수의 고정플레이트를 더 갖으며,
하나의 상기 고정플레이트는, 하나의 상기 모터를 각각 고정하는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 고정플레이트를 가교하는 빔 부재를 갖는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 모터는, 로터와, 상기 로터의 주위에 복수의 감겨진 코일을 갖는 동기(同期) 모터인, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 모터는, 상기 로터가 갖는 극수(極數) 및 철심의 적층 두께가 각각 같으며, 또 상기 코일의 상수 및 슬롯(slot) 수가 각각 같은, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 코일에 인가하는 전류를 동기시켜서 상기 복수의 모터를 구동하는 제어장치를 더 구비하는, 전동 사출 성형기.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 모터 중 적어도 하나의 모터의 회전 수를 검출하는 인코더를 더 갖고,
상기 제어장치는, 상기 인코더에서 수취하는 신호를 이용해서 상기 복수의 모터를 제어하는, 전동 사출 성형기.
