도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 주차 제어방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.

Claims (8)
- 브레이크가 작동됨에 따라 브레이크 신호를 출력하는 브레이크 스위치;
마스터 실린더의 압력을 감지하는 압력 감지부;
변속레버의 위치를 감지하는 변속레버 감지부;
차량의 기울기를 감지하는 기울기 감지부;
상기 차량의 휠속을 감지하는 휠속 감지부;
상기 차량의 주행 차속을 감지하는 차속 감지부;
전자식 주차 브레이크의 작동상태를 감지하는 EPB 상태 감지부;
상기 전자식 주차 브레이크를 작동시키는 EPB 구동부; 및
상기 브레이크 신호, 상기 마스터 실린더의 압력 및 상기 변속레버의 위치를 상기 브레이크 스위치, 상기 압력 감지부 및 상기 변속레버 감지부로부터 각각 입력받아 운전자의 주차 의도를 결정한 후 상기 기울기, 상기 휠속 및 상기 차속을 상기 기울기 감지부, 상기 휠속 감지부 및 상기 차속 감지부로부터 각각 입력받아 상기 차량의 상태를 판단하여 상기 차량의 정차상태를 유지하기 위해 상기 EPB 상태 감지부로부터 감지한 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크의 작동상태에 따라 상기 EPB 구동부를 통해 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크를 작동시키는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 상기 브레이크 신호가 온되고, 상기 마스터 실린더의 압력이 설정압력을 초과하며, 상기 변속레버의 위치가 P단인 경우 운전자의 주차 의도를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 상기 기울기가 설정 경사도를 초과하고, 상기 휠속이 설정휠속을 초과하며, 상기 차속이 설정차속을 초과하는 경우 상기 차량의 상태를 차속증가로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 상기 운전자의 주차 의도가 설정되고 상기 차량의 상태가 차속증가로 설정된 경우, 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크의 작동상태가 정상이면 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어장치.
- 제어부가 브레이크 신호, 마스터 실린더의 압력 및 변속레버의 위치를 브레이크 스위치, 압력 감지부 및 변속레버 감지부로부터 각각 입력받아 운전자의 주차 의도를 결정하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 기울기, 휠속 및 차속을 기울기 감지부, 휠속 감지부 및 차속 감지부로부터 각각 입력받아 차량의 상태를 결정하는 단계;
상기 제어부가 전자식 주차 브레이크 상태를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 제어부가 상기 운전자의 주차 의도와 상기 차량의 상태와 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크의 작동상태에 따라 EPB 구동부를 통해 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 운전자의 주차 의도를 결정하는 단계는, 상기 제어부가 상기 브레이크 신호가 온되고, 상기 마스터 실린더의 압력이 설정압력을 초과하며, 상기 변속레버의 위치가 P단인 경우 상기 운전자의 주차 의도를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 차량의 상태를 결정하는 단계는, 상기 기울기가 설정 경사도를 초과하고, 상기 휠속이 설정휠속을 초과하며, 상기 차속이 설정차속을 초과하는 경우 상기 제어부가 상기 차량의 상태를 차속증가로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크를 작동시키는 단계는, 상기 제어부가 상기 운전자의 주차 의도가 설정되고 상기 차량의 상태가 차속 증가로 설정된 경우, 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크의 작동상태가 정상이면 상기 전자식 주차 브레이크를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 제어방법.
