Claims (20)
- 중량%로, Si: 2.0 내지 4.0%, Al: 0.01 내지 0.04%, S: 0.0004 내지 0.002%, Mn: 0.05 내지 0.3%, N: 0. 008% 이하(0%를 제외함), C: 0.005%이하(0%를 제외함), P: 0.005 내지 0.15%, Ca: 0.0001 내지 0.005% 및 Mg:0.0001 내지 0.005%를 포함하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
하기 식 1을 만족하는 이방향성 전기강판.
[Ca] + [Mg] ≥ [S]
(식 1에서, [Ca], [Mn] 및 [S]은 각각 Ca, Mn 및 S의 함량(중량%)을 나타낸다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
Sb : 0.001 내지 0.1 중량% 및 Sn : 0.001 내지 0.1 중량% 중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
Ti:0.01 중량% 이하, Mo: 0.01 중량% 이하, Bi: 0.01 중량% 이하, Pb: 0.01 중량% 이하, Mg: 0.01 중량% 이하, As: 0.01 중량% 이하, Be: 0.01 중량% 이하 및 Sr: 0.01 중량% 이하 중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
{100}<001>로부터 15° 이내의 방위를 갖는 결정립의 면적 분율이 60 내지 99 %인 이방향성 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
평균 결정립경이 상기 강판의 두께의 20배 이상인 이방향성 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
강판의 기재 표면으로부터 기재 내부 방향으로 형성된 산화층 및 상기 기재 표면 상에 형성된 절연층을 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 산화층의 두께는 5㎛ 이하인 이방향성 전기강판. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 절연층의 두께는 0.2 내지 8㎛ 인 이방향성 전기강판. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기재 표면 및 상기 절연층 사이에 개재된 포스테라이트 층을 더 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
압연 방향과 압연 수직방향의 Br이 모두 1.63T 이상이고, 원주방향의 Br이 1.56 T이상이고, Br은 하기 식 2로 계산되는 이방향성 전기강판.

Br= 7.87/(7.87-0.0.065×[Si]-0.1105× [Al]) × B8
(식 2에서, [Si] 및 [Al]은 각각 Si 및 Al의 함량(중량%)을 나타낸다. B8은 800A/m로 유기하였을 때 유도되는 자기장의 강도(Tesla)를 나타낸다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강판을 750℃ 내지 880℃의 온도에서 1 내지 2시간 소둔 후 측정된 Br값이 1.65T 이상이고, Br은 하기 식 2로 계산되는 이방향성 전기강판.

(식 2에서, [Si] 및 [Al]은 각각 Si 및 Al의 함량(중량%)을 나타낸다. B8은 800A/m로 유기하였을 때 유도되는 자기장의 강도(Tesla)를 나타낸다.) - 중량%로, Si: 2.0 내지 4.0%, Al: 0.01 내지 0.04%, S: 0.0004 내지 0.002%, Mn: 0.05 내지 0.3%, N: 0. 02% 이하(0%를 제외함), C: 0.05%이하(0%를 제외함), P: 0.005 내지 0.15%, Ca: 0.0001 내지 0.005% 및 Mg:0.0001 내지 0.005%를 포함하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 슬라브를 제조하는 단계;
상기 슬라브를 열간 압연하여 열연판을 제조하는 단계;
상기 열연판을 냉간 압연하여 냉연판을 제조하는 단계;
상기 냉연판을 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계 및
1차 재결정 소둔된 냉연판을 2차 재결정 소둔하는 단계를 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 슬라브는 하기 식 3을 만족하는 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법.

(식 3에서, [C] 및 [Si]는 각각 슬라브 내의 C 및 Si의 함량(중량%)을 나타낸다.) - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 열연판을 제조하는 단계는
슬라브를 조압연 하는 단계, 조압연된 바를 가열하는 단계 및 가열된 바를 사상압연하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 바를 가열하는 단계에서 1100℃ 이상의 온도에서 30초 내지 20분 동안 유지하는 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계에서, 50 내지 70℃의 이슬점 온도에서 탈탄하는 단계를 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계에서, 질화 단계를 포함하고, 질화량이 0.01 내지 0.03 중량%인 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계 이후, 1차 재결정 소둔된 강판의 평균 결정립 입경이 30 내지 50㎛인 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계 이후, 소둔 분리제를 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 2차 재결정 소둔하는 단계 이후, 강판 표면에 형성된 포스테라이트 층을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법.
