Abstract
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 글라스비드를 플라즈마로 표면개질 처리함으로써, 원단과 재귀반사 조성물과의 부착력이 증가된 재귀반사 원단을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 부착력 및 분산성의 증가로 인하여, 재귀반사 원단의 휘도가 향상되며, 세탁내구성 등의 물성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

- 플라즈마로 표면처리된 글라스비드를 포함하는 재귀반사 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 글라스비드는 플라즈마 활성공간 속에서 활성화제로서 반응성 방전 가스, 압축공기 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 활성화제를 사용하여 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 글라스비드는 1.7 내지 2.5의 굴절율 및 98 % 이상의 투명도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 글라스비드는 30 내지 90㎛의 평균입자 직경을 갖는 구형 입자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 재귀반사 조성물은 바인더, 증점제 및 용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 재귀반사 조성물은 분산제, 경화제, 경화촉진제, 자외선 흡수제, 황변역제제, 광확산제, 계면활성제, 대전방지제, 침전방지제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되는 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 조성물.
- 원단; 및
상기 원단 상에 도포되는 플라즈마로 표면 처리된 글라스비드가 함유된 재귀반사층을 포함하는 재귀반사 원단.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 원단은 플라즈마로 표면개질된 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 원단.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 글라스비드는 1.7 내지 2.5의 굴절율 및 98 % 이상의 투명도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 원단.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 글라스비드는 30 내지 90㎛의 평균입자 직경을 갖는 구형 입자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 원단.
- 글라스비드의 표면을 플라즈마로 개질하는 단계;
상기 개질된 글라스비드를 바인더와 혼합하여 재귀반사 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 재귀반사 조성물을 원단의 표면에 도포하여 재귀반사층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 재귀반사 원단의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 원단은 플라즈마로 표면을 개질한 원단인 것을 특징으로 하는 재귀반사 원단의 제조방법.
