- 기판,
상기 기판 상에 형성된 블랙 매트릭스,
상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 적색 픽셀층, 녹색 픽셀층, 청색 픽셀층, 및 투명 픽셀층을 포함하는 컬러층,
상기 컬러층과 상기 블랙 매트릭스 위에 형성된 평탄화층, 및
상기 평탄화층 상에 형성되고 상기 블랙 매트릭스 위에 위치된 주상층을 포함하는 컬러 필터로서,
상기 투명 픽셀층은 상기 적색 픽셀층, 상기 녹색 픽셀층, 및 상기 청색 픽셀층에 의해 각각 상기 적색 픽셀층, 상기 녹색 픽셀층, 및 상기 청색 픽셀층으로 덮여 있는 컬러 필터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 적색 픽셀층, 녹색 픽셀층, 청색 픽셀층, 및 투명 픽셀층을 포함하는 컬러층,
상기 블랙 매트릭스 상에 형성된 주상층을 포함하는 컬러 필터로서,
상기 투명 픽셀층은 상기 적색 픽셀층, 상기 녹색 픽셀층, 및 상기 청색 픽셀층에 의해 각각 상기 적색 픽셀층, 상기 녹색 픽셀층, 및 상기 청색 픽셀층으로 덮여 있으며,
상기 기판 상에 형성된 상기 투명 픽셀층의 높이(W 높이)≤상기 기판 상에 형성된 상기 블랙 매트릭스의 높이(BM 높이)+0.2㎛이며, 즉 A값=W 높이-BM 높이≤0.2㎛인 컬러 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 적색 픽셀층, 상기 녹색 픽셀층, 및 상기 청색 픽셀층 각각으로 덮여 있는 상기 투명 픽셀층은 분리되어 있는 컬러 필터. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
서로 분리되어 있는 상기 투명 픽셀층 사이의 거리는 5㎛를 초과하는 컬러 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 유리 기판이며, 상기 기판의 배면에 형성된 도전층을 더 포함하는 컬러 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 컬러 필터를 형성하는 각각의 구조에 사용되는 포토레지스트 재료는 네거티브형 포토레지스트 재료인 컬러 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 컬러 필터를 포함하는 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 디스플레이 패널을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 컬러 필터의 기판의 배면에 ITO막을 도금하는 단계,
상기 기판의 전면에 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계,
상기 기판의 전면에 형성된 각각의 상기 블랙 매트릭스 사이의 갭에 투명 픽셀층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 투명 픽셀층을 덮음으로써 상기 기판 상에 적색 픽셀층, 녹색 픽셀층, 및 청색 픽셀층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 적색 픽셀층, 상기 녹색 픽셀층, 상기 청색 픽셀층, 및 상기 블랙 매트릭스 위에 평탄화층을 선택적으로 형성하는 단계, 및
상기 평탄화층과 상기 상응하는 블랙 매트릭스 위에 주상층을 형성하거나, 평탄화층 없이 상기 상응하는 블랙 매트릭스 위에 주상층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 제조된 컬러 필터는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 컬러 필터인 컬러 필터의 제조 방법.
