Claims (9)
- 결정성 중합체를 함유하는 수지 필름으로서,
상기 수지 필름의 면내 리타데이션 Re가, 5nm 미만이며,
상기 수지 필름의 두께 방향의 리타데이션 Rth가, 25nm 미만이며,
상기 수지 필름의 헤이즈 HZ가, 3.0% 미만인, 수지 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 결정성 중합체가, 지환식 구조 함유 중합체인, 수지 필름. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 지환식 구조 함유 중합체가, 디시클로펜타디엔의 개환 중합체의 수소첨가물인, 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 필름의 내열온도가, 150℃ 이상인, 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 필름이, 광학 필름인, 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 필름과,
상기 수지 필름 상에 형성된 도전성층을 구비하는, 도전성 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 필름의 제조방법으로서,
결정성 중합체의 융점을 Mp, 상기 결정성 중합체의 유리 전이 온도를 Tg로 나타낸 경우, 상기 제조방법이,
결정성 중합체를 함유하는 장척의 연신 전 필름을 준비하는 공정(I)과,
상기 연신 전 필름을, 예열시간 1초 이상 60초 이하로 예열하는 공정(V)과,
상기 연신 전 필름을, 연신온도 Tg-50℃ ~ Tg+50℃에서, 폭 방향으로 연신하고, 연신 필름을 얻는 공정(Ⅱ)과,
상기 연신 필름의 2변 이상을 유지한 상태에서, 상기 연신 필름의 온도를 결정화온도 Mp-120℃ ~ Mp로, 결정화시간 30초 이하만큼 조정하고, 상기 수지 필름을 얻는 공정(Ⅲ)을 포함하는, 수지 필름의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 공정(Ⅲ)의 후에, 완화온도 Tg 이상 Mp 이하에서, 상기 수지 필름을 열 수축시키는 공정(Ⅳ)을 포함하는, 수지 필름의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 필름 상에, 도전성층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 도전성 필름의 제조방법.
