Claims (14)
- 활물질 입자의 제작 방법으로서,
리튬을 포함하는 제1 수용액을 제2 수용액에 혼합시켜 침전물을 포함하는 제1 혼합액을 제작하는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합액과 제3 수용액을 혼합하여 제2 혼합액을 제작하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 혼합액과 상기 제3 수용액을 혼합하여 리튬, 전이 금속 및 산소를 포함하는 화합물의 제1 입자를 얻는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 제2 수용액 및 상기 제3 수용액 중 하나는 상기 전이 금속을 포함하고,
상기 제2 수용액 및 상기 제3 수용액 중 적어도 다른 하나는 산화 그래핀을 포함하고,
상기 산화 그래핀은 탄소 분자 유도체의 1원자 두께 시트 1장, 또는 탄소 분자 유도체의 1원자 두께 시트 2장 내지 100장의 적층체인, 활물질 입자의 제작 방법. - 활물질 입자의 제작 방법으로서,
리튬을 포함하는 제1 수용액과 인산을 포함하는 제2 수용액을 혼합하여 제1 혼합액을 제작하는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합액과 전이 금속을 포함하는 제3 수용액을 혼합하여 제2 혼합액을 제작하는 단계; 및
제1 입자를 얻기 위하여 가압 분위기에서 상기 제2 혼합액에 가열 처리를 수행하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 수용액, 상기 제2 수용액, 및 상기 제3 수용액 중 적어도 하나는 산화 그래핀을 포함하고,
상기 산화 그래핀은 탄소 분자 유도체의 1원자 두께 시트 1장, 또는 탄소 분자 유도체의 1원자 두께 시트 2장 내지 100장의 적층체인, 활물질 입자의 제작 방법. - 활물질 입자의 제작 방법으로서,
리튬 및 산소를 포함하는 제1 혼합액을 제작하는 단계;
전이 금속 및 산소를 포함하는 제2 혼합액을 제작하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 혼합액과 상기 제2 혼합액을 혼합하여 리튬, 상기 전이 금속 및 산소를 포함하는 화합물의 제1 입자를 얻는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 혼합액 및 상기 제2 혼합액 중 하나는 산화 그래핀을 포함하고,
상기 산화 그래핀은 탄소 분자 유도체의 1원자 두께 시트 1장, 또는 탄소 분자 유도체의 1원자 두께 시트 2장 내지 100장의 적층체인, 활물질 입자의 제작 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전이 금속은 철, 망간, 코발트, 및 니켈로부터 선택되는 원소인, 활물질 입자의 제작 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 수용액 및 상기 제3 수용액 모두 산화 그래핀을 포함하는, 활물질 입자의 제작 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 혼합액 및 상기 제2 혼합액 모두 산화 그래핀을 포함하는, 활물질 입자의 제작 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가압 분위기는 0.4㎫ 내지 4.0㎫의 분위기인, 활물질 입자의 제작 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 활물질 입자를 포함하는 슬러리를 제작하는 단계; 및
상기 슬러리를 양극 집전체에 도포하여 상기 슬러리로부터 양극 활물질층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 양극의 제작 방법. - 축전 장치의 제작 방법으로서,
제13항에 따른 양극을 형성하는 단계;
음극 집전체에 음극 활물질층을 제공하여 음극을 형성하는 단계; 및
전해액으로 충전된 하우징 내의 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 세퍼레이터를 제공하는 단계
를 포함하고,
전극이 상기 양극 집전체 및 상기 음극 집전체 각각에 접속되는, 축전 장치의 제작 방법.
