Claims (17)
- i) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 반복 단위, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 반복 단위 및 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종 이상의 반복 단위를 포함하며, 하기 화학식 1 내지 3으로 표시되는 전체 반복 단위에 대하여 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 반복 단위를 5몰% 내지 74몰% 포함하는 제1 액정 배향제용 중합체,
ii) 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 반복 단위를 포함하는 제2 액정 배향제용 중합체,
iii) 분자 내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가지는 화합물 및
iv) 하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 포스핀계 화합물을 포함하는,

상기 화학식 1 내지 5에서,
R1 및 R2 중 적어도 하나가 C1-10 알킬이고, 나머지는 수소이며,
R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 C1-10 알킬이고,
X1은 하기 화학식 6으로 표시되는 4가의 유기기이고,

상기 화학식 6에서,
R5 내지 R8은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 C1-6 알킬이고,
X2, X3 및 X4은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 4 내지 20의 탄화수소에서 유래한 4가의 유기기이거나, 또는 상기 4가의 유기기 중 하나 이상의 H가 할로겐으로 치환되거나 또는 하나 이상의 -CH2-가 산소 또는 황 원자들이 직접 연결되지 않도록 -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2- 또는 -CONH-로 대체된 4가의 유기기이고,
Y1, Y2, Y3 및 Y4은 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 7로 표시되는 2가의 유기기이고,

상기 화학식 7에서,
R9 및 R10는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 시아노, C1-10 알킬, C2-10 알케닐, C1-10 알콕시, C1-10 플루오로알킬, 또는 C1-10 플루오로알콕시이고,
p 및 q는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 4 사이의 정수이고,
L1은 단일결합, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO2-, -C(CH3)2-, -C(CF3)2-, -CONH-, -COO-, -(CH2)z-, -O(CH2)zO-, -O(CH2)z-, -OCH2-C(CH3)2-CH2O-, -COO-(CH2)z-OCO-, 또는 -OCO-(CH2)z-COO-이며,
상기 z는 1 내지 10 사이의 정수이고,
m은 0 내지 3 사이의 정수이며,
A1, A2 및 A3 은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 C1-20 알킬, C3-20 시클로알킬, C6-20 아릴, 또는 1이상의 C1-20 알킬기로 치환된 C6-20 아릴이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식5에서, A1, A2 및 A3 가 수소 또는 C1-3 알킬인, 액정 배향제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 포스핀계 화합물은, 상기 제1 액정 배향제용 중합체 및 제2 액정 배향제용 중합체 중량 합계 100 중량부에 대하여 0.03 중량부 내지 30 중량부로 포함되는, 액정 배향제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 액정 배향제용 중합체와 제2 액정 배향제용 중합체의 중량비는 1:9 내지 9:1인, 액정 배향제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분자 내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가지는 화합물의 분자량이 100 내지 10,000인, 액정 배향제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분자 내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가지는 화합물은, 사이클로알리파틱계 에폭시, 비스페놀계 에폭시, 또는 노볼락계 에폭시인, 액정 배향제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분자 내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가지는 화합물은, 상기 제1 액정 배향제용 중합체 및 제2 액정 배향제용 중합체 중량 합계 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 중량부 내지 30 중량부로 포함되는, 액정 배향제 조성물.
- 1) 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 액정 배향제 조성물을 기판에 도포하여 도막을 형성하는 단계;
2) 상기 도막을 건조하는 단계;
3) 상기 건조 단계 직후의 도막을 배향 처리하는 단계; 및
4) 상기 배향 처리된 도막을 열처리하여 경화하는 단계를 포함하는, 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 액정 배향제 조성물은 제1 액정 배향제용 중합체, 제2 액정 배향제용 중합체, 분자 내에 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가지는 화합물 및 포스핀계 화합물이 유기 용매에 용해 또는 분산시킨 것인, 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 단계 2의 건조는, 50 ℃ 내지 130 ℃에서 수행되는, 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 단계 3의 배향 처리는, 150 nm 내지 450 ㎚ 파장의 편광된 자외선을 조사하는 것인, 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 단계 4는
4-1) 상기 배향 처리된 도막을 200 ℃ 이하에서 저온 열처리하는 단계; 및
4-2) 상기 열처리된 도막을 상기 저온 열처리보다 높은 온도에서 열처리하여 경화하는 단계를 포함하는, 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 단계 4-1의 저온 열처리는, 110 ℃ 내지 200 ℃ 에서 수행되는, 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 단계 4-2의 열처리는, 200 ℃ 내지 250 ℃에서 수행되는, 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 따라 제조된 액정 배향막.
- 제16항의 액정 배향막을 포함하는 액정 표시소자.
