Claims (10)
- 펌프 하우징(26), 펌프 피스톤(28), 및 적어도 상기 펌프 하우징(26) 및 상기 펌프 피스톤(28)에 의해 한정되는 송출 챔버(38)를 포함하는, 피스톤 펌프(16), 특히 내연기관용 고압 연료 펌프에 있어서,
상기 피스톤 펌프(16)는 상기 펌프 하우징(26)에 대해 고정된 고압 시일(44)을 포함하고, 상기 고압 시일(44)은 상기 펌프 피스톤(28)과 상기 펌프 하우징(26) 사이에 배치되며 상기 송출 챔버(38)를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 피스톤(28)의 표면은 적어도 상기 고압 시일(44)에 의해 접촉되는 영역(34)에서 마찰 및/또는 마모 감소 방식으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 코팅부(52)는 비교적 경질인 탄소를 포함하고 및/또는 물리적 증착(PVD) 또는 화학적 증착(CVD)에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 피스톤(28)의 표면은 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 펌프(16)는 피스톤 부싱을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 펌프(16)는 베어링 장치(54)를 포함하고, 상기 베어링 장치(54)는 상기 펌프 피스톤(28)을 상기 펌프 하우징(26)에 대해 축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 장치(54)와 상기 고압 시일(44)은 일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 장치(54)는 적어도 상기 고압 시일(44)로부터 분리된 적어도 하나의 부분을 포함하고, 바람직하게는 상기 베어링 장치(54)와 상기 고압 시일(44)은 상이한 재료들, 특히 사출 성형된 열 가소성 PEEK 플라스틱 변형으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 펌프(16)는 바람직하게는 슬리브형 홀딩 요소(46)를 포함하고, 상기 홀딩 요소는 상기 고압 시일(44)로부터 볼 때 상기 송출 챔버(38)로부터 떨어져 있는, 상기 펌프 하우징(26) 내의 상기 고압 시일(44)의 측면 상에 고정되며, 상기 고압 시일(44)을 축 방향으로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고압 시일(44)은 상기 펌프 피스톤(28)과 동적으로 상호 작용하는 방사방향 내측 밀봉 립(58), 및 바람직하게는 상기 펌프 하우징(26)과 정적으로 상호 작용하는 방사방향 외측 밀봉 립(60)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
