Claims (17)
- 제 1 및 제 2 부분(P1, P2)을 구비한 부품을 포함하는 광 산란 조립체(14), 특히 자동차용 광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법에 있어서,
광 산란 조립체의 제 1 부분(P1)을 사출 성형으로 형성하는 단계, 여기서 상기 제 1 부분은, 사출 성형에 의해 얻어지며 상기 제 1 부분을 통과하는 빛을 산란시키도록 구성된 미세 구조체들(20)을 갖는 투명 산란 스크린을 형성함; 및
사출 성형에 의해 얻어지며 빛을 산란시키도록 구성된 미세 구조체가 없는 제 2 부분(P2)을 사출 성형으로 형성하는 단계 - 여기서, 상기 제 2 부분은 상기 제 1 부분의 주연부의 적어도 일부 주위에서 연장되는 외부 영역(P2E)을 포함하고, 상기 외부 영역은 상기 제 1 부분(P1)의 주연부(P1B)를 넘어서 상기 제 1 부분(P1)으로부터 멀리 연장됨 - 를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 부분(P1)과 상기 제 2 부분(P2)은 서로 접촉하게 형성되어 서로 결합되는
광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 부분의 미세 구조체들(20)은 산란 영역(22) 내에서 상기 제 1 부분에 배치되고, 상기 제 2 부분은 상기 산란 영역의 주연부의 적어도 일부 주위에서 상기 산란 영역의 주연부와 대면하게 배치된 내부 영역(P2I)을 갖는
광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 부분(P2)은 불투명인

광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
미세 구조체들(20)이 제 1 부분에 배치되되 제 1 부분(P1)의 제 1 면에 배치되고, 상기 제 1 부분(P1)은 상기 제 1 면의 반대 측인 제 1 부분(P1)의 제 2 면을 거쳐서 제 2 부분(P2)과 접촉하는
광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 부분(P2)은 광 산란 조립체(14)를 수용 구조체에 체결하기에 적합한 체결 수단(24)을 포함하는
광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
광 산란 조립체(14)를 파지하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 파지는 광 산란 조립체를 제 2 부분(P2)을 통해 취급하는 것에 의해서만 달성되는
광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 부분(P1)과 상기 제 2 부분(P2)은 서로 일체가 되는
광 산란 조립체를 얻는 방법. - 광 산란 조립체, 특히 차량용 광 산란 조립체에 있어서,
사출 성형에 의해 얻어진 미세 구조체들(20)을 갖는 투명 산란 스크린을 형성하는 제 1 부분(P1), 여기서, 상기 투명 산란 스크린은 상기 제 1 부분을 통과하는 빛을 산란시키도록 구성됨; 및
사출 성형에 의해 얻어지며 빛을 산란시키도록 구성된 미세 구조체가 없는 제 2 부분(P2) - 여기서, 상기 제 2 부분은 상기 제 1 부분의 주연부의 적어도 일부 주위에서 연장되는 외부 영역(P2E)을 포함하고, 상기 외부 영역은 상기 제 1 부분(P1)의 주연부(P1B)를 넘어서 상기 제 1 부분(P1)으로부터 멀리 연장됨 - 을 포함하고,
