Claims (13)
- 하드 코팅층; 및 바인더 수지와 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 중공형 무기 나노 입자 및 솔리드형 무기 나노 입자를 포함하는 저굴절층;을 포함하고,
상기 저굴절층은 상기 솔리드형 무기 나노 입자 전체 중 70부피% 이상이 포함하는 제1층과 상기 중공형 무기 나노 입자 전체 중 70부피% 이상이 포함하는 제2층을 포함하고,
상기 저굴절층에 포함된 제1층 및 제2층 각각에 대하여 타원편광법(ellipsometry)으로 측정한 편극의 타원율을 하기 일반식1의 코쉬 모델 (Cauchy model)로 최적화(fitting)하였을 때,
상기 제1층에 대한 A값과 상기 제2층에 대한 A값의 차이가 0.15 내지 0.45 인, 반사 방지 필름:

상기 일반식1에서, n(λ)는 λ파장에서의 굴절율(refractive index)이고, λ는 300 ㎚ 내지 1800㎚의 범위이고, A, B 및 C는 코쉬 파라미터이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1영역은 550 ㎚에서 1.420 이상의 굴절율을 나타내며,
상기 제2영역은 550 ㎚에서 1.400이하의 굴절율을 나타내는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1영역은 550 ㎚에서 1.420 내지 1.600의 굴절율을 가지며,
상기 제2영역은 550 ㎚에서 1.210 내지 1.400의 굴절율을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1영역이 상기 제2영역에 비하여 상기 하드 코팅층 및 상기 저굴절층 간의 계면에 보다 가까이 위치하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 솔리드형 무기 나노 입자가 상기 중공형 무기 나노 입자에 비하여 0.50 g/㎤ 이상 높은 밀도를 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저굴절층에 포함되는 바인더 수지는 광중합성 화합물의 (공)중합체 및 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 함불소 화합물 간의 가교 (공)중합체를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저굴절층은 상기 광중합성 화합물의 (공)중합체 100중량부 대비 상기 중공형 무기 나노 입자 10 내지 400 중량부 및 상기 솔리드형 무기 나노 입자 10 내지 400중량부를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 함불소 화합물은 각각 2,000 내지 200,000의 중량평균분자량을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바인더 수지는 상기 광중합성 화합물의 (공)중합체 100중량부에 대하여 상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 함불소 화합물을 20 내지 300중량부로 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은 광경화성 수지를 포함하는 바인더 수지 및 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 유기 또는 무기 미립자를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 유기 미립자는 1 내지 10 ㎛의 입경을 가지며, 상기 무기 미립자는 1 ㎚ 내지 500 ㎚의 입경을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
