Claims (16)
- 플렉시블 기판;
상기 기판 상에 있는 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 박막 트랜지스터 상에 있는 제1 보호층;
상기 제1 보호층 상에 있는 평탄화층;
상기 평탄화층 상에 있는 유기발광소자 및 블랙재료로 이루어진 뱅크;
상기 뱅크 상에 있는 스페이서;
상기 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 유기발광소자가 배치된 영역을 덮는 제2 보호층; 및
상기 제1 보호층 상에 있고, 상기 제2 보호층의 외곽부로부터 이격되어 상기 제2 보호층을 둘러싸는 구조물을 포함하고,
상기 구조물은 상기 뱅크와 동일한 물질과 상기 평탄화층 및 상기 스페이서 중 하나와 동일한 물질로 이루어진, 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 연속 또는 불연속적으로 배치되는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 복수의 구조물들로 구성되는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 구조물들 사이의 이격거리는 2μm 이상인 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 상기 제2 보호층의 외곽부와 50μm 이상 이격하는 유기발광 표시장치. - 표시영역 및 그 주변을 둘러싸는 외곽영역을 포함하는 기판;
상기 기판의 표시영역 및 외곽영역을 덮는 무기물층;
상기 표시영역에 있으며, 블랙물질로 구성되는 뱅크; 및
상기 외곽영역의 무기물층 상에 적어도 두개의 층들이 적층된 구조물을 포함하며,
상기 구조물의 적어도 두개의 층들은 각각 상기 블랙물질과 유기물질로 구성되는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 무기물층에 대한 상기 유기물질의 접착력은 상기 무기물층에 대한 상기 블랙물질의 접착력 보다 큰 유기발광 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 무기물층 상에 평탄화층을 더 포함하고,
상기 평탄화층은 상기 구조물을 이루는 물질과 동일한 물질로 이루어진 유기발광 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 상기 외곽영역에서 연속 또는 불연속적으로 배치되는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 복수의 구조물들로 구성되는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 구조물들 사이의 이격거리는 2μm 이상인 유기발광 표시장치. - 플렉시블 기판;
상기 기판 상에 있는 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 박막 트랜지스터 상에 있는 제1 보호층;
상기 제1 보호층 상에 있는 평탄화층;
상기 평탄화층 상에 있는 유기발광소자 및 뱅크;
상기 뱅크 상에 있는 스페이서;
상기 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 유기발광소자가 배치된 영역을 덮는 제2 보호층; 및
상기 뱅크는 외부광의 반사를 방지하기 위한 블랙물질을 포함하며,
상기 제1 보호층 상에서 상기 제2 보호층의 유동을 방지하도록 제2 보호층의 외곽부로부터 이격되어 상기 제2 보호층을 둘러싸는 구조물을 포함하고,
상기 구조물은 상기 뱅크와 동일한 물질과 상기 평탄화층 및 스페이서중 하나와 동일한 물질이 적층되어 구성하는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 상기 제2 보호층의 외곽부로부터 연속 또는 불연속적으로 이격되어 상기 제2 보호층을 둘러싸는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제13 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 복수의 구조물들로 구성되는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 구조물들 사이의 이격거리는 2μm 이상인 유기발광 표시장치. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 구조물은 상기 제2 보호층의 외곽부와 50μm 이상 이격하는 유기발광 표시장치.
