Abstract
본 발명을 적용하면, LED 특성이나 통제실로부터 신호기까지의 케이블 길이에 따라 달라지는 전류검지값을 정확하게 반영하여 소망하는 LED 단심상태를 파악할 수 있으므로 LED 램프의 교체 시점을 정확하게 판단할 수 있어서, 신호기의 유지 보수에 만전을 기할 수 있고 이를 통해, 발생할 수 있는 신호기 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 상기 신호기(30) 내부에 구성되어 신호를 현시하는 제 1, 2, 3, 4 LED 램프(30a,30b,30c,30d)와; 상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4 LED 램프(30a,30b,30c,30d)를 구동하는 신호기 제어부(32)와, 통제실(40)의 사이에 위치되며;
전류검지 상한값과 전류검지 하한값을 각각 가변 저항값 조절을 통해 설정할 수 있게 된 전류 검지값 설정부(6)와;
상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4 LED 램프(30a,30b,30c,30d)로부터 인가되는 전류를 검지하는 전류 검지부(4)와;
상기 전류 검지값 설정부(4)와 상기 전류 검지부(4)의 전류값을 비교하여 이상 유무를 판단하는 전류 비교부(16)와;
상기 전류 비교부(16)의 검지결과를 통해, 상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4 LED 램프(30a,30b,30c,30d)의 정상 작동상태를 표시하는 제 1, 2, 3, 4 동작 표시등(12a,12b,12c,12d)과;
상기 전류 비교부(16)의 검지결과에 따라 정상 작동상태의 램프를 표시하기 위해 상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4 동작 표시등(12a,12b,12c,12d)을 점등시키고, 교체 주기가 된 램프는 소등시키는 제어부(20)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 신호기의 고장 검지장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4 동작 표시등(12a,12b,12c,12d)은 신호기(30) 내부의 4개 램프의 동작상태를 현시할 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 신호기의 고장 검지장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전류 검지값 설정부(4)는 LED 램프의 특성이나 제조사별 특성과, 통제실(40)로부터 신호기(30)까지의 케이블 길이로 인한 저항값을 고려한 전류 설정 권고 상하한값이 미리 기재된 전류 설정 테이블(42)을 작업자가 이용하여 설정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 신호기의 고장 검지장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4 LED 램프(30a,30b,30c,30d)에 대한 검지 전압은 AC 40V 내지 AC 220V인 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 신호기의 고장 검지장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전류검지부(4)는 상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4 동작 표시등(12a,12b,12c,12d)과의 회선이 분기되어 수동으로 전류를 측정할 수 있는 제 1, 2, 3, 4 전류 측정단자(18a,18b,18c,18c,18d)가 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 신호기의 고장 검지장치.
