Abstract
A screw is fixed to first and second vertebrae through a flexible cervical plate which can be deformed into a shape corresponding to the outer surface of the first vertebra and the second vertebra, And a fastener which can detachably attach the cervical plate with respect to the ribs of the cervical vertebra from the neck of the subject to prevent insertion of the cervical plate into the cervical vertebrae, And which does not need to shave the bones of the recipient during the procedure.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cervical spine member assembly, and more particularly, to a cervical spine member assembly, which is used for preventing insertion of a complementary material inserted in a space in which a disk is removed, To a cervical spine shape assembly that does not require cutting off the bones of the cervical spine.
The cervical spine fixation device is intended to prevent separation of the hip joint placed between the upper and lower vertebrae and to prevent subsidence of each vertebra while supporting the upper and lower vertebrae.
Such cervical fixation devices are usually used for the treatment of degenerative disc disease in the neurosurgery and orthopedics areas and include spondylolisthesis, fracture, spinal stenosis (spinal stenosis) stenosis, malformation (ie, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis), tumor, pseudoarthrosis, and the like.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned viewpoints, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a high- (Hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 3") of Patent Document 10 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 10-0116331) and "Prior Art 3" of Patent Application No. 20-0305911 Quot; cervical spine fixation device "(hereinafter referred to as " prior art 5 ") of Patent No. 10-0620252, 6 '), and the "cervical spine fixation device" (hereinafter referred to as "prior art 7") of Patent No. 10-1415241.
However, in the prior art 1 and the prior art 2, it takes a lot of time to perform the procedure for fixing between the vertebral bodies because the number of parts is large and the number of parts is large and the assembly and fastening are difficult. Also, since the number of parts increases, .
The prior art 3 has a problem in that it is difficult to provide an accurate and reliable seat fixing position between the body corresponding to the plate and the protruding member corresponding to the cage and between the vertebral bodies having various body shapes and bone shapes.
Particularly, all of the prior arts 4 to 7, including the above-described prior art 3, have a protruding portion above the plate for fixing, so that the above-mentioned protruding portion touches the esophagus and airway of the patient positioned in front of the cervical vertebra, There is a disadvantage that it is inconvenient for each time when the operation of moving the door is performed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cervical vertebra member assembly which can prevent a bone fracture of a patient and can be widely applied to a physician having various body shapes and various shapes of bone structures .
And, the present invention is to provide a cervical spine-shaped member assembly which can prevent the complementary material from separating from the cervical vertebrae.
In addition, the present invention provides a cervical spine shape assembly that allows a surgeon to provide stable surgical results by eliminating the esophagus and the external protruding portion of the airway after the procedure.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a magnetic disk device comprising: A flexible cervical plate (hereinafter referred to as " first vertebral body ") which permits shape deformation corresponding to the outer shape of each of the vertebral bone (hereinafter referred to as 'first vertebra') and the adjacent vertebrae ; A fastener provided on the cervical plate for detachably coupling the cervical plate to the cervical plate; And a plurality of screws for fixing one side of the cervical plate to the first vertebra and for fixing the other side of the cervical vertebrae to the second vertebra, The cervical spine shape member assembly is disposed at a lower or the same position as the cervical spine shape member assembly.
The cervical plate includes a plate body forming a contact surface facing the outer surface of the first vertebra and the second vertebrae, at least one of the plate body and the plate body being inserted into the plate body, A first through hole through which the head is seated and fixed and a second through hole penetrating at least one of the other side of the plate body and into which the screw is inserted and the head of the screw is seated and fixed, And is formed in a central portion.
At this time, the first through hole and the second through hole have an upper inlet having a first diameter at a surface opposite to the contact surface, and a lower outlet narrowing to a second diameter smaller than the first diameter from the upper inlet And a through hole portion penetrating from the lower outlet to the contact surface, wherein the head portion of the screw is formed in a shape corresponding to the seat surface Is formed.
The cervical plate may further include a wing cutout portion formed to extend from one side edge of the plate body to the center of the plate body, the wing cutout portion being connected to one side edge of the plate body and the other side edge of the plate body.
The fastener includes: a cylindrical-shaped fastener protruding from a contact surface central portion facing the outer surfaces of the first and second vertebrae; and a connecting member extending from the end of the fastener member and having an outer diameter larger than that of the fastener The cervical plate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cervical plate is fixed to the cervical plate, and the cervical plate is fixed to the cervical plate, A cervical spine assembly capable of restraining rotation about a shape.
The cervical vertebra member assembly includes a fixed stepped groove recessed at a predetermined depth from an upper end of the inner wall of the rear side of the bone fusion space to a lower end thereof,
A through hole formed in the fixed stepped groove and penetrating through the outer side surface on the rear side of the foot member, a fixed cutting surface formed in parallel on both sides of the engaging piece, parallel to each other, Wherein the fastening piece is inserted through the through hole and the fixed cutting surface is brought into close contact with a facing inner surface of the fixed stepped groove so that rotation of the cervical plate is restricted.
The engaging piece may include a disk-shaped thickness-forming portion extending from an end of the fastening piece, and a frusto-conical insertion guide portion gradually extending from the thickness-forming portion to a diameter of the fastening piece, And is formed on both sides of the insertion guide portion.
According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, the following effects can be achieved.
First, according to the present invention, a screw is fixed to each of first and second vertebrae through a flexible cervical plate that can be deformed into a shape corresponding to the outer surface of the first vertebra and the second vertebra, And a fastener capable of releasably coupling the cervical plate with respect to the boom-shape member inserted into the bone structure, thereby preventing damage to the bone of the subject and allowing a person having a variety of body shapes and various shapes of bone structures to cope with a wide range of operations .
Particularly, the present invention eliminates the need for a surgical procedure to cut out the outer surfaces of the first and second vertebrae corresponding to the contact surface of the cervical plate, so that it is possible to eliminate the bone damage itself of the subject, It is possible to provide a sense of security to the person who is to be treated and to provide a reliable operation result.
In addition, the present invention can remove the disc supporting between the first vertebra and the second vertebrae, and prevent the spare material inserted in the space from which the disc is removed from being separated from the first vertebrae and the second vertebrae.
In addition, the present invention can provide a structure for preventing the complementary material from being separated from the first and second vertebrae by a relatively simple structure while reducing the number of complicated and unnecessary parts, as compared with the prior art, It is possible to provide a highly reliable product by providing a stable operation result to the client by eliminating the external protrusion part which is caught by the esophagus and the airway.
