Generally, compression molding widely used for powder make-up is a universalized technology, and it is applied to extender pigments such as talc, mica, sericite, silica, calcium carbonate, kaolin and starch as inorganic pigments such as iron oxide, The organic pigment and the Pearlescent pigment using the refractive index of the pigment are applied to give a color tone, and the oil is used as a binder in order to control the amount applied to the skin and to improve the compression moldability. Depending on the type of hue makeup, the type and amount of oils (ester and silicone) used can be varied, or the size of the powder particles can be controlled, from transparent cloths with visible skin texture to thick cloths that completely cover skin patches, Adjust the status. Products that require a strong tint expression, such as eye shadow, are often used in oils and powders that are highly resistant to sheathing. However, powder type face powder and ball papers have a relatively small content of inorganic pigments and organic pigments to express the skin naturally. For transparent skin expression, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, which have a high refractive index, and dilute powder such as silica and nylon-12 are reduced and the aspect ratio ( Such as a micelle of a plate shape having a high width / thickness (thickness / thickness), or a silicone elastomer, which has high oil absorption and absorbs sebum and sweat. The cosmetic composition for make-up having a conventional elastic sense contains a platelike extender pigment such as talc and mica and a spherical extender pigment such as silica in a powder extender pigment except a pearlescent pigment. However, talc among the plate-like extender pigments has good feeling and spreadability, but has high opacity and has a disadvantage of lowering transparency. The mica has a lustrous feeling and a soft feel, but it has a gray appearance and thus deteriorates the appearance of a clean appearance. Using only sphericity extender pigments can achieve a transparent color, but since there is no plate extender pigment that serves as a support, it is difficult to make a solid shaped article having elasticity.
As a result, the present inventors have made intensive efforts to overcome the problems of the prior art. As a result, the inventors have found that when the silicone T resin, the silicone oil, and the ester oil are mixed, the content of talc and mica is greatly reduced, The present inventors have found that a cosmetic composition having excellent elasticity and molding stability and having elasticity to enhance transparency and high cosmetic effect with little whitish transparent whilst having a smooth feeling of use can be produced.
Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition for make-up having a transparent color and a soft feeling of smooth feeling.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a makeup cosmetic composition having elasticity comprising a powder extender pigment and a silicone oil, characterized by comprising spherical silicone T resin (polymethylsilsesquioxane) as a main powder extender pigment And a makeup cosmetic composition.
The makeup cosmetic composition having elasticity in the present invention refers to a makeup cosmetic composition of a solid type formed by mixing a powder extender pigment and a silicone oil, and is a cosmetic composition which imparts elastic feeling with the help of powder extender pigment and / or silicone elastomer. Conventionally, a powder type silicone elastomer is included in addition to a powder type silicone elastomer to provide elastic feeling. However, the present invention is characterized in that it does not include a powder type silicone elastomer but has elasticity only with a powder type pigment.
In the present invention, the 'powder extender pigment' is a powder type filler which is added to cosmetics in order to improve the stability of the powder product and serve as a diluent and to impart color, texture or texture, And pigment. In the past, talc, mica, silica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, boron nitride and the like have been widely used as powder constituent pigments. However, the present invention uses a spherical silicone T resin (main component) .
In the cosmetic composition of the present invention, preferably, the spherical silicone T resin contains 50% or more of the powder extender pigment, more preferably 80 to 100% of the powder extender pigment .
In the present invention, the 'spherical silicone T resin' refers to a spherical silicone T resin having a diameter of several to several tens of microns. Structural formulas and photographs of the 'spherical silicone T resin' are shown in FIGS. The spherical silicone T resin has a three-dimensional network structure and has an intermediate property between organic particles and inorganic particles. The spherical powder gives the makeup cosmetic a smooth, light texture and has the effect of spreading the light in all directions. In addition, when the spherical powder is blended, it also has the effect of concealing defects of the skin such as pores and acne marks.
In the present invention, the term "silicone resin" refers to a compound represented by the general formula RnSiXmOy wherein R is an inert substituent group such as methyl (Me) or phenyl (Ph) and X is hydrogen (H), hydroxyl (OH), chlorine (Cl) ), Which is a cage-like oligosiloxane, which is distinguished from a silicone elastomer. When the R is methyl (Me), it can be classified into M, D, T and Q depending on the type of the siloxane monomer unit. T type means that the siloxane monomer unit is MeSiO3. In the present invention, among the 'silicone resin', it is proved that only the T-type silicone T resin exhibits the effect of the invention.
The 'spherical silicone T resin' of the present invention shows Low Gloss by Low Specular Reflection when applied to the skin, unlike the sheetlike extender pigment such as talc. It shows soft focus effect and line blurring effect by High Scatter Reflection, (See Figure 2)
In the present invention, preferably 40 to 60% by weight of spherical silicone T resin, 15 to 25% by weight of pearlescent pigment, 10 to 20% by weight of silicone oil, 2 to 8% by weight of silicone gel, By weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
In the present invention, preferably, the silicone gel is a dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone cross polymer dispersed in dimethicone.
In the present invention, preferably, the organic-based dispersible oil is an ester-based oil and / or an olefin oil.
In the present invention, preferably, the cosmetic composition is prepared by mixing constituent components into a flour dough having an elastic feel, and then forming a desired shape using an extruder or a molding machine .
The conventional cosmetic composition has a disadvantage in that it is a powder-pressed type or an oil-in-cream type. The powder formulations have a hard feeling in use and are dusty and have poor adhesion. The cream formulation has no feeling of wet feeling and no dusting, And it is difficult to form various shapes such as a dome shape. However, in the cosmetic composition according to the present invention, the powder extender pigment and the oil binder are mixed at a ratio of about 60 to 70: 30 to 40 to make a dough with an elastic feel, then pulled out through an extruder, The mold is placed on an aluminum pan using a molding machine, and a molding machine is used to take out various shapes from a flat surface to a dome.

Example : Cosmetics Composition manufacturing
The present inventors have made eye shadow using ingredient 1 and ingredient 2 shown in Table 1 below. The powder composition of the raw material 1 is composed of a spherical silicone T resin and a pearlescent pigment. The raw material 2, which is an oil binder of the powder, is composed of silicone oil, organic dispersion oil, silicone gel and the like.

The overall raw materials were the same as those of the above Examples, and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were produced by varying kinds of sieving pigments of the raw material 1 component and the like. Comparative Example 1 was prepared according to the method of the conventional Korean Patent Publication No. 2012-0103800.

The manufacture of eye shadow using the above components is as follows.
The raw material 1 (powder part) was added to a Henschel mixer at a low speed (400 to 700 rpm) and a high speed (700 to 1500 rpm) according to the composition of the components. Thereafter, 60 to 70% by weight of the raw material 1 (powder part) was added to a ribbon mixer or a universal mixer, and 30 to 40% by weight of the raw material 2 (oily part) was uniformly sprayed while mixing at 400 rpm and kneaded. After confirming that the oil binder containing the silicone oil and the polymer copolymer was sufficiently dispersed, it was molded at a pressure of 5 to 10 kgf / cm 2 and 1.0 to 2.0 sec.
Experimental Example One. Feeling And molding stability measurement
The eye shadow was prepared by the ingredients and composition ratios shown in Table 2, and the feeling of use and the molding stability were measured. The sensory evaluation was carried out by selecting 25 panels and providing the following samples, respectively, and the average of the values after the use of 5 points after the use of the ball was evaluated.
The evaluation list of feelings was defined as elasticity, spreadability, dustiness, glossiness, transparency, and appearance luster. Drop stability was also measured to confirm molding stability. The drop stability was measured at a height of 70 cm by dropping the molded article three times onto a 3 mm rubber plate. The measurement results are shown in Table 3 below.

The composition of Comparative Example 1 has a disadvantage that the luster of gloss, transparency, and appearance are lower than that of the composition of Example 1. The composition of Comparative Example 2 has a disadvantage that the elastic feeling, spreadability, glossiness, flaking and falling stability are inferior to those of the composition of Example 1. The composition of Comparative Example 3 can not be used as a cosmetic composition because it is not made into a solid state. On the other hand, the composition of Example 1 is made in a solid state, and it can be seen that good evaluation is obtained in all evaluation items.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to produce a solid cosmetic composition for make-up having a lustrous outer appearance, a smooth feeling of use, a transparent color and a soft elastic feeling by using a spherical silicone T resin, It gently spreads on the skin without flaking, and is transparently colored.
