Abstract

The present invention relates to a lashing device of a ship to fixate a container loaded on a deck. More specifically, the lashing device of a ship comprises: a lashing cover installed in the container; and a lashing member installed in the lashing cover or the deck to fixate the container.

Description

The Lashing Device of the Ships < RTI ID = 0.0 >

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a lashing apparatus for a ship which can stably fix a container.

[Prior Art 1] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0022229

A conventional lashing bridge 200 fixes a container 300 mounted on a hatch cover 120 installed on an upper portion of a hatch coming 110 installed on a deck.

The lashing bridge 200 includes a plurality of unit lashing bridges 10.

The unit lasing bridge 10 includes an upper lasing cover 20 and a support frame 50.

The upper lasing cover 20 has a plate shape.

The upper lashing cover 20 is provided with a turn buckle 25 for installing a rod bar for restraining the container 300.

A plurality of support frames 500 are provided on the outer side of the upper lasing cover 20 to support the upper lasing cover 20 to keep the upper lasing cover 20 horizontal.

A horizontal support 55 is provided at the center of the support frame 50.

The horizontal support 55 connects the plurality of support frames 50 to support the upper lasing cover 20 by the support frame 50.

A handrail (25) is installed on the upper portion of the support frame (50).

The handrail 25 is installed to connect the upper portion of the support frame 50.

A plurality of the unit lashing bridges 10 are connected to each other by the joint portion 90 and the supporting bracket 60 for reinforcing the joint portion.

Since the conventional lasing bridge 200 fixes the respective containers, it takes a long time to perform lasing, and the number of containers mounted on the deck is reduced due to the large size of the lasing bridge 200, .

[Prior Art 2] Korean Patent No. 10-1444307

The vessel container lashing apparatus 100 of the related art includes an upper support 110 covering an upper portion of a container, a side support 120 installed at a lower portion of the upper support 110 to protect the side of the container, And a coupling portion 130 for fixing the lower portion of the side support portion to the hull 1.

The upper support 110 includes a rectangular upper frame 111 and an upper brace 112 diagonally connecting each corner of the upper frame 111 to protect the upper portion of the container 4 .

The side support portions 120 are respectively installed at lower portions of the corners of the upper frame 111.

A first side brace 122 provided diagonally on the left and right sides of the container 4 and a second side brace 123 formed on the front and rear surfaces of the container 4, To protect the side surface of the container (4).

The binding portions 130 are respectively installed at the lower ends of the side supporting portions 120 to fix the side supporting portions 120 on the deck 2.

Such a conventional lashing device has a complicated structure and takes a long time to install.

[Prior Art 3] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0053902

The container system of the prior art 3 has a base element 1 and wheels 16 provided on the base element 1 and a base element 1 provided on both sides of the base element 1, And includes a connector 9.

Although the conventional container system of the third embodiment can stack and move the container in several layers, there is a problem that the structure is complicated and the weight is increased.

Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0022229 Korean Patent No. 10-1444307 Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0053902

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a lasing apparatus for a ship capable of reducing work time and improving working efficiency.

In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a lasing apparatus for a ship, comprising: a lasing cover provided in the container; and a lasing member provided on the lasing cover and the deck to fix the container.

And a ring is further provided on the lashing cover.

The lashing member includes a lashing belt and lashing rings provided on both sides of the lashing belt, wherein the lashing ring is fixed to the ring.

The lashing belt may be a rope, a band, or a net.

According to the lashing apparatus of the present invention as described above, the following effects can be obtained.

Since the lasing structure is simplified and the operation time can be reduced since the lasing cover installed in the container and the lasing cover and the lasing member installed on the deck to fix the container are not required to be individually lased, The efficiency can be improved. In addition, by applying the lasing cover, the lasing bridge can be removed or miniaturized, and the ship can be efficiently dried.

The lashing cover is further provided with a ring, so that the container can be easily strapped and the working time can be reduced, so that the working efficiency can be improved.

The lashing member includes a lashing belt, and a lashing ring provided on both sides of the lashing belt, wherein the lashing ring is fixed to the ring, thereby facilitating the fixation.

The lashing belt is characterized by being a rope, a band or a net, so that the stretchability can be improved and the container can be stably fixed regardless of the height of the container.

Figure 2 is an enlarged view of the lashing apparatus of Figure 1;
3 is a lasing apparatus for a ship according to Prior Art 1;
Fig. 4 shows a lasing apparatus for a ship according to Prior Art 2. Fig.
5 is a schematic view of a conventional lasing apparatus for a ship.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

For reference, the same components as those of the prior art of the present invention will be described with reference to the above-mentioned prior arts, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a preferred vessel of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the lashing apparatus of FIG.

The lasing apparatus of the ship is a device for fixing the container (1) loaded on the deck.

The lashing apparatus of the present invention comprises a lashing cover 6 installed in a container 1 and lashing members 2 and 5 installed on the lashing cover 6 or the deck to fix the container 1, .

The deck is installed at the top of the hull.

A lasing bridge (3) is installed on the deck.

A plurality of lasing bridges (3) are installed on the deck, and the containers (1) are arranged and stably fixed.

A plurality of the containers (1) are installed between the lasing bridges (3).

A lasing cover 6 is provided between the plurality of containers 1.

The lashing cover 6 has a plate shape.

A ring (4) is further provided near the edge of the lashing cover (6).

The ring 4 is rotatably mounted on the lashing cover 6 by a hinge (not shown), and a lashing ring 5 to be described later is installed.

The ring 4 is preferably a D-ring.

The container 1 is fixed by the lasing cover 6 and lasing members 2, 5.

The lashing members 2, 5 are installed on the lashing cover 6 or the deck. The lashing members 2, 5 may be installed on the lashing bridge 3.

The lasing member (2, 5) includes a lacing belt (2) and a lashing collar (5).

The lashing belt (2) has a rectangular shape.
