Claims (13)
- 에어로졸 형성 물품을 수신하기 위한 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템으로, 상기 시스템은
에어로졸 형성 물품을 수신하기 위한 관형부; 및
말단면을 포함하고 상기 관형부의 말단에 근접하여 위치해서 상기 에어로졸 형성 물품이 상기 관형부 내에 삽입될 때 상기 말단면이 상기 에어로졸 형성 물품의 말단에 근접하게 되는, 히터 요소를 포함하고;
여기서 상기 시스템은 제1 양의 전기 에너지를 상기 히터 요소에 제공해서 상기 히터 요소를 제1 온도까지 가열하도록 구성되어 있고, 여기서 상기 시스템은 제2 양의 전기 에너지를 상기 히터 요소에 제공해서 상기 히터 요소를 제2 온도에서 유지하도록 구성되어 있고, 여기서 상기 제1 및 제2 온도의 차이는 적어도 100℃인, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 온도는 상기 제1 온도보다 낮은, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 온도의 차이는 적어도 150℃인, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히터 요소는 실질적으로 원통형인 형상 또는 원반 형상을 가지는 열 전도성 기재를 포함하는, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열 전도성 기재는 금속 또는 전기 전도성 세라믹을 포함하는, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히터 요소의 말단면은 실질적으로 원형인, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히터 요소에 연결되어서 상기 시스템이 활성화될 때 상기 히터 요소를 저항 가열하는 전기 에너지 공급부를 더 포함하는, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 관형부의 내부 표면에 제공된 환형 열 전도성 요소를 더 포함하되, 상기 환형 열 전도성 요소는 상기 히터 요소에 연결된 제1 부분 및 상기 에어로졸 형성 물품이 상기 관형부 내로 삽입될 때 상기 에어로졸 형성 물품을 접촉하도록 배열된 제2 부분을 포함하는, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히터 요소는 상기 시스템 내의 유일한 히터 요소인, 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템에서 에어로졸의 형성을 제어하는 방법으로, 상기 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템은 에어로졸 형성 물품, 전기 에너지 공급부, 및 상기 전기 에너지 공급부에 접속되고 상기 에어로졸 형성 물품의 말단에 근접하게 위치하는 말단면을 포함하는 히터 요소를 포함하되, 상기 방법은
상기 전기 에너지 공급부에서 상기 히터 요소에 전기 에너지를 공급해서 상기 히터 요소를 제1 온도로 저항 가열하는 단계;
상기 히터 요소로의 상기 전기 에너지의 공급을 감소시켜서 상기 히터 요소가 상기 제1 온도보다 낮은 제2 온도로 냉각되고, 여기서 상기 제1 및 제2 온도 간의 차이는 적어도 100℃인, 단계;
상기 히터 요소로의 상기 전기 에너지의 공급을 제어해서 상기 히터 요소를 상기 제2 온도에서 유지하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전기 에너지의 공급을 제어해서 상기 히터 요소를 상기 제2 온도에서 유지하는 단계는
상기 히터 요소의 저항을 측정하는 단계;
상기 측정한 저항으로부터 상기 히터 요소의 현재 온도를 유도하는 단계; 그리고
상기 히터 요소로의 상기 전기 에너지의 공급을 조정해서 상기 현재 온도와 상기 제2 온도 간의 임의의 차이를 줄이는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 온도 간의 차이는 적어도 150℃인, 방법.
- 전기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템에서의 원통형 또는 원반형 히터 요소의 사용.
