Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 신규 나노 복합체를 음극활물질로서 이용하여 제조한 이차전지의 충방전 곡선을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 신규 나노 복합체를 음극활물질로서 이용하여 제조한 이차전지를 전기화학적 임피던스 분석법(Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, EIS)으로 측정한 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 헥실 또는 페닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 나노 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 나노 입자는 상기 고분자 100 중량부에 대하여 20 내지 40 중량부의 함량으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 나노 복합체. - 단량체인 2,5-디브로모-1,1-디알킬-3,4-디페닐실롤을 유기용매 및 n-부틸리튬 하에서 유기염화규소 화합물 또는 유기염화게르마늄 화합물과 공중합 반응시켜 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 고분자를 제조하는 제 1 단계; 및
상기 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 고분자에 실리콘 나노입자를 혼합하여 상기 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 고분자 표면에 실리콘 나노입자를 부착시키는 제 2 단계를 포함하는 제 1 항의 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 나노 복합체의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
제 1 단계의 유기용매로는 THF, n-hexane, 및 ether로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되며, 반응은 -50~-100℃에서 3~24 시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 나노 복합체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항의 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 나노 복합체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1 항의 유기규소 또는 유기게르마늄 나노 복합체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
음극 내의 나노 복합체의 함량은 음극활물질 조성물의 총중량 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 10~90 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극. - 제 8 항의 음극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
